[Rewarded Review] My Favorite Fire Pit

Love the design. The grilling grateful easily moves enabling easy addition of logs. Air flow is excellent to keep fire burning. Would have rated 5 stars but alignment of some assembly screws was difficult and 1 could not be installed due to partial obstruction of screw location.

This is very cheaply designed. Most of the holes don't line up. Very flimsy metal.

All in All a pretty good fire pit. Lacked a little in the workmanship of the fit and finish. I had to elongate some of the mounting holes on the legs to get the holes to line up. Also had to chase threads on most of the parts to get the bolts to start. Do not tighten anything up until every bolt is in place. Trust me on this. If a bolt does not seen to want to start do not force it. Take your time or you will regret it. Black powder coating was a little splotchy in some areas but not too bad. Plan on using it this Saturday night at a night fly at our airfield and cook some hot dogs.

Ordered this fire pit and it was a great purchase. Simple installation instructions and went together easily!

Well made, however it was missing 2 screws and 2 bolts, 2 screws where also bent and could not be used.

Hard to put together. And it’s all bent. If it was not such a pain to put together, I’d take it apart and return it. Cheap.

The fire bowl was damaged in shipment. I spoke to someone in customer service and they were supposed to reach out to Red Mountain to see if they could get me a replacement.

Lasted less than 2 years before it completely feel apart from having fires.

I got this for our 48th anniversary and my wife loved it. It was easy to assemble and it looks great. Will wait until it is safe to use, the weather is not cooperating with me at the present.

Overall, it’s a nice fire pit! It was relatively easy to put together and looks nice, in person. We will see how it handles through a few fires. It’s not heavy gauge steel but for the price, is built reasonably well.

Adequate Fire Pit For Average Home Owner

I purchased this fire pit with planning for it to last 3 years. Hope it does just that. The metal is a thinner guage than I would like for a fire pit. It come with extra features that I probably won't use. I cook outdoors on my Traeger or Weber grills. I did get this on sale at half price, so that was the reason for purchasing this. My previous fire pit lasted 15 years. It was made by a high school welding class, so it was heavy duty. At the price I paid, I'd recommend this fire pit.
