I received the pump jack without the hardware, filed a claim, and still have not heard a peep from home depot or metal tech. They held up my job, so I went a bought one from another supplier, and now I have a hunk of junk sitting in my garage.

Did not come with all hardware. Bag was busted allowing parts to exit out of one of many holes in the box

This is my 2nd survey answer for this product. Purchased 2 with additional brackets. a) Hardware missing in one box, had to drive to Waltham at night to get hardware from last box in stock to stay on job schedule. b) Installed as described in Qualcomm manual with fire 2x4 poles splice to reach 20 ft. Countersunk all # 12 SS screws and was careful to make splice joints flush. and added bracing at 15 ft. Jacked up to about 14 ft off the ground ok, would only go down about 2-3 feet and would not crank down more. Very disappointed. Have use in past and though they sometimes dropped when first attempting descent, I never encountered getting fulling stuck that high off ground. Please offer explanation or manufacturer contact
