Great, but no long lasting

It's a great chair and very comfortable, but the fabric split after 2 summers outdoors. I purchased 2 of these in early 2023 to fill in for outdoor furniture while moving. They've bee great until now, a year and 1/2 later when one of them split the fabric over the back support. Granted I have left them out throughout the Summer months, but expected them to survive a few years at least.

[Rewarded Review] Nothing to complain about here

I got a gift card for my birthday and headed to Dicks to try to find some good UGA gear for the season. Unfortunately Dicks is terrible when it comes to stocking anything that’s not the most boring standard sports gear they can possibly find. Fortunately there were these chairs sitting there and it was love at first sit. I have a rocking chair that I never extend the foot rest on, I bought rocking patio chairs, and now I’ve completed the trifecta of rocking and got myself a portable to log chair. It’s so comfortable, and I’m a 220lb fella. It makes youth soccer games actually bearable.

Should be 3+ inches higher

Too low to the ground. More difficult to get out of than our other camp chairs. Every adult at our family reunion had the same conclusion. Only the children made the most use of it. The mechanism worked fine so far, but it hasn't been used much either.

[Rewarded Review] Must Buy

We bought the first model a few years back when they first came out and the wife loved it. Finally a rocking chair for big guys. Great chair only thing wrong is not designed to carry long distances. Would be great if you can strap it to your back like a backpack. Really comfortable and solid will last us many more summers.

Great chairs great price

This was a great purchase. They store well and assemble quick . Nice on the reverse when it begins to rain and you have to grab them just as quick. Buying them here was twenty dollars cheaper than our local RV store and cheaper than equal level distributors. They are comfortable and rock great. Mine has a squeak, but fixed it with grease.

Great chairs.

Great chairs. Comfortable, Great for shorter people, very relaxing, with phone pocket and cup holder ideal for most phones (S24 Ultra with otterbox defender case fits so most phones should). ordered 3 got one with a few stitches missing but easy fix if you can use needle and thread. over all great buy. would buy another.

[Rewarded Review] Comfortable & Practical

I bought one of these for my husband 5 years ago so he could rock the baby while we were camping. It held up great but after years of use was needing to be replaced. I would recommend this chair. It folds up nicely and has a carrying strap. A little heavier than a traditional camping chair but it has thicker/more legs

The Orthopedic Lawn Chair

Let’s start with the obvious, this chair is super comfortable! It’s wide and because of the rocker feature, you’re able to sit at the proper back angle. I’m a 66 year old male with epic back issues and this chair is perfect for me. Next, it’s easier to open and close than the typical kids sports watching chairs. No bag to maneuver, just an easy strap to secure to hold it in place to transport with the handy shoulder strap. Everyone should own one of these!

Real feel rocking chair

Nicely made quality. Very comfortable. I really was skeptical at first if it would work for me. I love rocking. Not being a true rocking chair I had my doubts. But this is a comfortable chair that gives the feel of a rocking chair. I love it and ended up buying another for my wife.

Binding fabric and strap are falling apart

Bought 2 Kickback Rockers 3 years ago, and have used them so lightly was astonished to see the condition of the binding on the edges of the armrests on one of the chairs. Completely frayed and soon the fabric will just fall off the armrest. The strap also frayed and broke off a day ago. Really??

The material won’t last a 6 months!

I bought a pair of these last fall (Sept 2023) used them twice an then stored in the garage for the winter. We got them out yesterday (March 30) and when we sat down both seats ripped and our arms went through the arm rest. Within 30 minutes of each other.

Mildew

I was given the Aqua color rocker for Mother’s Day to use at Grandkids ball games. It’s very comfortable for my back issues. I LOVE it! BUT it has mildewed bad, the cu holder and seat where my legs have sweat in the heat. It doesn’t get left outside. I have tried several different ways to get it clean, including lemon juice, vinegar, Oxyclean, etc. Being a light color it LOOKS AWFUL. Why can’t they be made with a mildew resistant material? Plus make the cup holder removable so it can get cleaned. Other than that I just love the chair, would just like to get it clean!

Awesome chair! Great for sporting events, camping etc.

We have 4 of these chairs. We use them for sporting events, camping, as well as around the house. They are really comfortable and easy to setup. We have recommend these to all of the parents at our daughters softball games. The warranty is also really nice when something breaks.

Superbly comfortable!

I saw these chairs being comfortably used at outdoor concerts by stocky people who I thought might be the least likely to be happy about sitting in a camp chair for hours. So I asked their opinions. They were very happy consumers and had been using them for 2-3 years. So i ordered a pair. They really are comfortable! I was so impressed that I took one to 3 friends for their comments, and they all took the details to buy one themselves. One was concerned that sand might mess with the tubing joints. That seems valid, but how do you make a folding chair without that vulnerability? Wood maybe, like folding chairs of 1950?

Seems pretty Comfy!

I just got this chair the other day (after waiting over a month). It unfolds quickly once the rather tight retaining strap is unfastened. Seat height is good for me (6'1"). Rocks back nicely. Chair fabric certainly isn't robust so I will treat it with respect. Easily folds back up. It will be much more comfortable than the folding "soccer mom" version I was using for my car shows in 2023. By the time that rolls around, there certainly will be no way to return it so I am keeping my fingers crossed. Cal Car Cvr. has lowest price that I found.

Keep looking!!

Ive been looking for a great fold up chair for a while. I keep spending more money. They’re getting better but haven’t found the one for me yet! This chairs pros: laid back feel, cell phone pocket, rocker ability. Cons: firat moat is the cross support bars that are directly underground your thighs. Absolutely brutal after 20 minutes or so! No cushioning between chair and supports! Beverage holder is in the armrest! Worst placement ever. If you have a drink you cannot relax your right arm, especially if you have a bottle. The carrying strap blows all around in the wind but is solved by wrapping it up. Chair isn’t breathable by any means. Water retains in the chair for a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this chair or the freestyle either. The freestyle sits straight up! I mean straight up!! But doesn’t have the supporting cross bars which hurt your legs. Contact me if you’re interested in getting on shark tank with the perfect fold up chair design!

Poor/cheap materials used, awesome chair

I bought the chair less than one year ago now, but within the second week of owning it, the armrest trim immediately frayed off, like dust. Over the following weeks, the trim frayed over the entire chair, and about two months in, the carry strap frayed and was useless (I fold up the chair after each use in my front yard and have used the carry strap maybe 5 times for transporting it less than 10 feet). Observing and anticipating addition fraying and decay with time, the right armrest frayed in half last month, and then the straps holding the seat together frayed apart. It's pretty comical at this point. Potentially awesome chair, but I cannot recommend it at all due to the premature fraying and poor quality of the material. ¡Especially! for the price paid. I had asked about return policy but needed to have purchased a membership or warranty to be able to return in. Disappointing.

Great chair, but not using sturdy outdoor fabric is dumb

These chairs are very comfortable and work well; the rocking action is great! However our chairs will have to be thrown out soon because the fabric is starting to fall apart and there's no way to replace it, even though the chair frame is still in great shape.

Great compact rocker

I got this chair for my partner’s Father’s Day gift and got myself one too! Its maiden voyage was at a lacrosse tourney this past weekend, where it saw sun, rain, up, down, hauling, being spilled on and cleaned, being jammed in the car, being bashed around by lax gear...and it held up so well! It dried quickly after the rain. It folded up easily to be moved and/or packed up. it is compact enough to fit in our soft-side wagon and the size of it is right for my smaller frame. It’s light enough to carry and maneuver around easily. Our old chairs were large and clunky, so this is a welcome upgrade! The rocking motion is smooth and the chair feels secure while rocking and getting up from it. It’s more $$ than we spent on the old chairs, but spending many weekends on the sidelines will make the $$ well spent on this chair!
