Replaced all 5 filters on

Replaced all 5 filters on our RO system. . . Water now tastes terrible. I took a gulp and reflexively spit it out. I'm not drinking from the high mineral/ chlorinated untreated tap water. Dont know if you had a bad batch of filters or what.

We are having a problem

We are having a problem after changing filters water has a yellow color and bad test. Hopefully installer can come back and help

When the products arrived I couldn’t install the last filter because the connection was different, I called APEC and they sent me the proper connection for free, much appreciated, thank you APEC.

Thanks for developing and designing a comprehensive drinking water system for my home. This thing is easy to maintain and it is a joy to know I’m drinking clean water.

Not happy

Your water filter system is awesome, however, I am not happy with your service team, spending several minutes on the phone talking, several minutes on hold, sending several photos of my water system. I was told I needed a tee connector. I was advised on 9/19 part was going to be shipped. On 9/29 after 10 days of waiting for confirmation of shipment, I emailed Jonard E that I had not received his notice of shipment. On 10/1 he replied "Sorry for the inconvenience...might be an issue..." Later that day I was informed #SP100001578 was shipped.Did my order fall through the cracks? I received shipment 10/8, with no tee union and an exact filter that I already purchased. Today I ordered tee part #PP0208W (Order #S-409591) that I need so I can filter water again. I hope this delivery doesn't take 19 days like the previous one. Also, please advise how to return filter FI-ES-TCR-QC, as it is not needed. Thank you.

Water tastes horrible

Easy to install and flushed the tank 4 times now and water still coming out white with many white particles and taste awful. No leaked or anything so not sure what i did wrong.

Purified water

By using my APEC RO system, I feel that the water I drink is safer and free of many harmful chemicals.

Shipped to wrong address

I entered accidentally the wrong address when ordering. I emailed in under a minute to ask for the address to be corrected. No response. I emailed again and the order got shipped to an address 2000 miles away! If you don’t read your emails then why have one!

Filter replacement

Great water system. Works well cleans up city water well, ice cubes go from cloudy to clear. Discharge line from filters shows a black string of nasty it takes out of city water!

Easy Peasy

Found no issues replacing each filter, zero leaks, and my water is still the best on the block.

Really like the Reverse Osmosis

Really like the Reverse Osmosis unit and the filter set is easy to change due to the system design.

I replaced all 5 filters including the ASO (auto shutoff). Also, I changed the O Rings and used the recommended

Problem with 'O' ring.

The process of replacing filters was done by plumber. Not enough strength to do this.

Wrench doesn’t fit- can’t change filters.

The wrench I ordered with the filters doesn’t fit the stage housing. Irritating and useless.

The filter I have has a top filter thatr needs threads to attch so I have not been able to change it do you have a top filter that screws into attached hose

Fit as described, the filtered water tastes better than what you would get from other sources and fit perfectly on my cartridges

The new filter doesn’t work

The new filter doesn’t work as well as old one. I believe I installed it correctly but after a month or two the water pressure dropped significantly.
