Accent tiles for the bathroom and entry

These are some great tiles - The work well as an entrance tile. The also work for a bathroom - the shape supports specialized locations such as the bathroom and entry way. A small entry works really well. You can make the area look even better. I feel the strong suit fits these areas - it will set your day in a positive direction. You will not regret using it this way.

Attractive Floor Tiles

These porcelain tiles are attractive and remind me of wood grain. Each tile is unique (as seen in the photos), and the manufacturer recommends mixing tiles from multiple packages. The product is made in Spain. 36 tiles come in a box and weight 50 pounds. Each tile is ~3/8" thick, flat-to-flat is 7", and point-to-point is 8". Approximately 11+ square feet of coverage. This is designed as a floor application but could possibly be applied to a wall.

Nice Floor tile!

Beautiful hexagonal porcelain floor tile that has a very rustic, wooden floor look. The surface of each tile has a unique wood grain that adds character and permits traction. They appear to be very durable. These tiles have a wood look with the durability and water resistance of a porcelain tile. Perfect for any room in the house that has a rustic look. Will likely stand up to decades of use. Very nice tile!

A good solid tile to walk on.

The Merola Tile Retro Mini Hex Terra 7 in. x 8 in. Porcelain Flooring is a good tile for floors and closets and entryways showing a modern good looking design. It is 7 inches from flat side to flat side and 8 inches from point to point. It is quite easy to lay with a squishy wet type adhesive to push in place. It must have a solid and level floor to lay on. It is good to walk on and shows little wear over time. It is suggested that you mix tiles from all your cartons to get a good look with an even type design. I gave it a 4 because I did not like a few of the tiles showing what looked like drips on the edges but I could use those to trim for corners. All and all they are good tile that would look good in about any room.

Wrong tile but a nice mistake

This review is not for the Merola Tile Retro Mini Hex Nero 7 in x 8 in tile. The reason it is not is because I received Retro Hex Blanc 7 in x 8 in Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile by mistake. However, I really like the tile!! The tile has a "rough" feel to it and it looks like old weathered white paint on wood. If you like the "old weathered" look you will love this tile. In my case this tile will be used for laser engraving on my CNC machine. The process is to paint the tile with white paint, laser engrave it then wash the paint off.

Great look

The random design/pattern on these tiles give them a really great look. They do in fact look very retro and very much like antique flooring. Very well made and solid I found them to be quite easy to install. Found them able to easily go thru my tile saw with no chipping or cracking and having a very clean cut line. I was very pleased with the final look of the finished floor.
