terrible product

I purchased a complete shower system 14 months ago and it is rusting. I also installed sink faucets in the same bathroom at the exact same time. The shower system is rusting but the sink is fine. The five year warranty is a joke. I contacted Grohe multiple times and sent pictures of the system and I was told that . I do not recommend this product, the warranty is a lie!!

I was looking for a rain shower and handheld shower for my tub and this works well. I had my plumber install it. Chrome looks nice and it fits well with the Hans Grohe fittings I already had.

The shower arm does not slide over the second “0”...

The shower arm does not slide over the second “0” ring. GROHE is sending a new one.Also the instructions leave something to desire. Watch the U-Tube video instead.
