I thought that this was soft close when I ordered it but it appears to not have that feature.
Love it!! This thing makes a huge difference in our kitchen. It fits perfectly into the cabinet and my husband was able to put this together easily. He was excited that they provide double sided tape and instructions with how to easily screw this to the cabinet door.

it is a great product
I like how sturdy this pull out is and the wood and slides work easily and it installed in about an hour. However the slides do not pull out fully and so at times I have a hard time getting the bag out of the back bin, these slides would be much better if they were full extension. Also, you have to push it in tightly to fully close and I wish I had splurged for one of the ones that soft close or pull in tighter. I wish I had splurged on something with those features, I may end up changing this eventually.
It took me forever to find this. It works perfectly.
