Great rug when I finally got it

They sent me the wrong rug initially and it took forever to get them to let me send it back and get the rug I finally ordered. But when I got it it was just as expected. Love the rug.

Not vivid red

I was expecting from the reviews that this was a true red. It isn’t. It is a faded rusty shade of red. Pile is soft and not distressed though (so many runners from this brand have that look) and that is a plus.

Beautiful Colirs

The rug is perfect at my front door. I was worried about the the colors as I wanted dark red and sometimes they look red in the photos but show up more orange. This rug is not the dark dark red but it is definitely red and goes perfect with my colors. I would prefer a little thicker pile but this works fine.

Great rug for the purpose

I rebought this rug. Old one lasted 4 years. Just wanted new with bright colors again. Love the colors and designs in our southwest home. One problem. This rug was NOT 8x10. It was 8x 9 and 9 inches. It was 3 inches shorter than the old one. So it didn't cover the old pad completely. Guess I will be trimming the pad. Too bad. Is that downsizing?

Beautiful Rug

I am very pleased with this rug. It looks just like the picture. Shipping only took 2 days. Packaging was great since we were in middle of Hurricane Debby passing through. Will be purchasing more from this company.

New carpet

LOVE my new carpet. Goes perfect with my southwest decorated room. Ordering on the westsite was easy. (you can even submit a photo of your room and see the carpet in the room before purchasing.) Delivery was fast. (and it came so carefully wrapped with even "socks" on the ends). Quality of the carpet is great and the price was perfect.

I love this rug. It's beautiful and just what I wanted. Great quality. This is the 4th area rug I have ordered from Home Depot, all Southwestern designs, and they are so pretty.

Decent product for price

The product arrived quickly and was as advertised. The design, size and color fit well in our SW style home. Our neighbors purchased one of your wool rugs - I would have preferred wool but size restrictions prohibited that.

Color misrepresented

Background color is "rust" colored, not "red" as described.

No imperfections at all, comforting appearance and durable .
