The glasses are lovely. My issue is that two arrived broken. Rather than sending two replacements, the company offered to refund me or replace the set, but I would have to return the damaged ones for that. No way am I going to send back broken glasses! The other option was a 20% refund, which I reluctantly took, even though the 2 glasses constituted 25% of my order—and who wants sets of three glasses?

These glasses are a go to favorite for us - this rim but sturdy stem worth the investment if your a serious wine drinker

My second time ordering these. The best way to add Riedel glasses to your collection. Four boxes total and all arrived in perfect condition.

These were purchased for a semi-formal dinner and were exquisite. I had thought about purchasing Waterford Elegance wine glasses but these were so nice and well made that I didn't need to pony up that expense, nor be concerned that my guests might break them. I definitely recommend these and purchased two sets.

RIEDEL goblets are the best! They feel awesome in your hand, you feel great drinking your favorite wine out of these amazing goblets!

Good Riedel brand. Not sure about the mouth. Seems like the taper in a little too much, at least for my liking. I would have preferred a slightly wider mouth for the glasses.

perfect for truly enjoying fine wines. Theses glasses allow the wine to cover your palate and really taste all the nuances of the wine.

These are really amazing. The quality is the same as many more expensive versions from Riedel and other companies. The packaging is great too and reusable for moving or storage. I would highly recommend these.

Great for everyday, but just thin enough glass to look like they are worth more. Definitely would look perfect on a holiday table

I love these glasses. They’re beautiful and the different color bases allow you to distinguish whose glass belongs to whom.

Reidel are nice wine glasses. My order was for an “Open Box - Like New” with a 30% discount. They arrived quickly and box was perfect. But, when opened, one glass was broken. I suspect that they had been sold and returned as broken but Wayfair did not pull from stock, but rather sold again without noting that one was broken. I was subsequently offered either return or a $13 refund. I didn’t want the return hassle, so I settled for 7 rather than 8 glasses. I would have preferred accurate disclosure.

I expected the redwine glasses to be a bit smaller. I had some that were given to me as a gift and I had broken most. They have to me saying they were redwine. They were small.. even smaller than the white white glasses in the box

Every order these frequently, love them very much, but they are fragile. I do, however, seem to think that they make even less expensive wine taste better.

Awesome wine glasses! Easy to clean but must mention that your dishwasher must be able to hold them otherwise Reidel suggests they be hand washed to prevent damage. They are beautiful wine glasses.

Snagged these on a great deal (open box). Arrived perfectly packaged, mint condition. Happy with these glasses. As others mentioned, the red wine glass stems are surprisingly tall. Barely fit in my dishwasher. Crystal is lovely. Overall, I’m very pleased.

The only reason for 3 stars is that in shipping four of the Riedel Glasses were broken in transit, in a major way. Opening the box was difficult due to many shapes of glass coming out too. But four glasses were totally intact.

Nicely made, but the opening of the glasses are way too small. You need a nice wide opening for the wine to breathe & space to drink it from. I am returning.
