Good value
Beautiful! But challenging to install
I picked this fixture to be a statement piece in my kitchen. I mounted it without any of the extensions. And the bottom is about 6’ 4” off the floor. This does not come with directions, but has a poor diagram. It is easy to assemble, but difficult and heavy to install. I would not recommend someone with no knowledge of electricity or advanced DIY skills to try to install this. It took me three tries to get this installed. You will need at least two people and A LOT of patience!!!! Don’t forget to buy bulbs! Once installed, it is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for!
Classic Contempory Chandelier
This product arrived in a logical amount of time and was packaged perfectly. With the glass globes I was concerned but it arrived totally in tact. Assembly was easy and was ready for installation in a short time. The Chandelier itself is very contemporary so if another style is required this will not work but for younger home owners this is a great find. The finish was smooth and looked excellent. For someone who wanted a contemporary Chandelier this is a win win product. Highly recommend.
A Diamond in the Rough
Having a very old and worn out ceiling fan my wife and I decided to replace it with a light after we determined that a floor fan was much more efficient albeit that the ceiling fan is quieter. However, living in Florida favored efficiency over quietness. Another factor in our decision to choose a ceiling light was that we wanted a single source to light up the living room and dining room without having to turn on every light in the house. The Riley 5 Light Chandelier from Progress Lighting certainly accomplished what we were looking to achieve. Our first thoughts were that the chandelier didn't seem to go with our decor or that it was too flashy. But we decided to introduce something to break up the monotony of our decor. So we took a chance on this chandelier and are glad we did. The sleek minimalistic design adds just enough flash without being too gaudy and obvious while providing all the light we need and want. Kind of like a diamond in the roughness of our decor.
Beautiful Chandelier
Although it took a few months to receive, it was worth the wait! This chandelier is elegant and fancy enough for our dining table but not too fancy so it fits right into our open space area. Great price also!
