The metal fire ring is exposed and seems to sit on top of the bowl of rocks. The fire is a very small circumference compared to the size of the bowl. The flames seem to turn inward. We purchased the bowl in the midst of a backyard remodel. We had it plumbed. We are disappointed. Customer service sent links, but offered no help. The pictures posted on the Wayfair website are misleading. The bowl itself is beautiful. The height is great for a fire ring set up. The fire pit is a disappointment. I will buy local next time.

Exactly what I wanted, looks great works great!

We love our fire pit. This is the 3rd season that we’ve had it, and it still works as well as it did in year 1. I do cover it for the harshest part of the winter. I converted it from propane to natural gas, and that process only took about 10 minutes to complete, thanks to the clear instructions. My plumber checked for pressure and leaks when he made the final connection.

Beautiful and throws a lot of heat.

After redesigning my garden I wanted a fire pit to sit in my patio. This fire pit is modern so looks great. It’s easy to use and very safe when my dogs are nearby. Great heat on a chilly evening.

Terrible experience so far, just got the fire pit today- trying to remove the propane line and install the natural gas line and it will not budge.

I debated over a lot of fire pits and thought I wanted significantly higher btu than 50,000. However, decided on this one which is only 50,000. I was surprised to find that this firepit actually put out a good amount of heat upon trying it out. The flame is substantial and the pit looks very nice. Even though the flame is only down the center, we’ve found that it fills the oval nicely. It’s perfect for our 8 ish person fire lounge area. Really happy with the purchase so far! Great for 50 degree nights in Colorado!

Not enough rock

The fire pit itself is fine BUT it does not include enough rock. Trying to match the rock and buy more currently. Just include enough so the customer doesn’t have to try to match and purchase more!

I was a little concerned when I saw the size of the box as it arrived. Very happy to report that is was very easy to put together. It has the stones in there so that makes it heavy but not at all something to worry about. The pit all put together and in use looks fantastic! Nice big bowl really stand out. Cozy fire to relax next to lasted a good while. So much of an added punch to my back yard. The most time it took was getting a propane tank but, again, not a problem. Do get this for your home you will be happy you did! Happy s’mores!!

The shipping of the product was flawless. They packed it on a pallet which made it secure and safe. It was ramped in plastic wrap and secured properly. After assembly, the design was sleek and efficient hooked up the propane tank ignited it no problem the heat output was sufficient, and there was no smoke perfect for a patio or a roof in porch. I would recommend anyone looking for a fire pit. This would be a good decision. 

It was very easy to put together. It comes with instructions but it's straightforward, just make sure you shake the dust out of the rocks before putting them in the pit. It has a 6 feet long hose for the propane tank and it comes with a base for the tank. It also comes with additional touch up paint, a battery for the igniter and a cover for the pit. Build quality is very good. It's not that heavy and it feels like cement, rough and heavy duty.

What can I say, this fire pit is beautiful. It is powered by propane and has rocks to go in it for a more realistic look. Perfect addition to your patio for those cool summer nights

Amazing addition to our deck and so worth it

So I agonized over this purchase but it was so worth it. This firepit is a gorgeous oval shape and looks like stone. It elevates the whole look of our deck. It looks really expensive like it should have cost *

nice for the price

Arrived with a little chip at the bottom but still ok. Hooked it up for natural gas line and it seems to work fine, gives off a lot of heat. Had to buy a natural gas conversion kit.

Gorgeous and different. All other retailers only had the round. Many more options on Wayfair!

Simple and tasteful. Gives a nice amount of flame and warmth.
