Looks great, feels great

I purchased 2 of these chairs and the coordinating double sofa. Pretty easy to assemble (the chairs have a screw that you have to take out in order for the arm to fit - I think it is a mistake in production but an easy fix.) and it took about 25 minutes per chair. The chair and sofa are VERY comfortable and the cushion is softer than I expected. I love it all and it looks very good in my space in front of my outdoor fireplace. I know it will look good for years - just take the cushions off for winter and hose down in the spring.

I love the comfort and modern look of this chair. It was a bit difficult to assemble but now that it is set up, we are loving it! A few years ago I refinished some old Adirondack chairs by sanding and painting them. It took me a long time and I used the proper technique and paint. I was so disappointed when the paint started to peel off. I hope to not ever have to deal with that again. Also, I am loving the cushions with this chair. Great quality.

Great chairs but annoying assembly

We’ve had these chairs now for a few weeks and we are very pleased with them. They look very attractive and solid. We’ve had a dirt stain on one of the cushions and it came right off with a moist cloth. On the other hand, my husband, even though he is very handy, needed a couple of hours to screw the chairs together because the screw holes didn’t line up and he needed to do some remedial drilling. That shouldn’t be necessary with chairs in this price range.

Love the look of these chairs (black with gray cushion). Easy to assemble and great quality. I have several pieces of Polywood furniture and they are all great.

Smart purchase !!

Best chair ever.: lounge feel, without having to pull your self up and out. They are so sturdy. Feels good to have outdoor furniture that will last !

Sexy, Sturdy and Perfect for Our Fire Pit Area

We just received our Riviera Modern Lounge and it is exactly what we were hoping for. We went with Slate Grey frame and Ash Charcoal cushion and it looks so sharp! The shipment came in excellent condition and was VERY easy to assemble with the tools that they provided. We originally ordered just one chair to make sure we liked it and have now ordered a second one!

Not very satisfied.

Predrilled hole sizes were too small for screws provided. Customer support was not very helpful and sending back the product is a major hassle.

I won’t see it until late September. It’s in the garage of my winter home.

Great chair - but only after having to go through customer support to fix defects.

So, I've ordered two of these chairs several weeks apart. They've both had the same defect where some of the predrilled screw holes are too small for the provided screws. I was told that it was going to be fixed for future orders, but that didn't happen. It really feels like no one at Polywood tries to assemble their furniture...

The design looks good but

The design looks good but quality is average. Surface is not smooth with large portions of the service missing. Hardware was missing and some of the hardware was incorrect.
