The previous Robert Shaw thermostat lasted for many years. Supply House did a fantastic job shipping quickly, providing quality service and products.
Decent price for a keypad locked thermostat
This Robertshaw RS6110 works as designed, but its programming logic is somewhat lengthy and cumbersome. Also, a manfacturing weak point of this thermostat is that the spring action of the battery holder's metal contacts will weaken condiderably after 10 years of use. When that happens, the back-up batteries will not function; a line power outage will reset the RS6110 to factory default and will require re-programming of all custom settings.
