Erwartungen voll erfüllt

Habe mit dem Römertopf ein Brotrezept ausprobiert und bin positiv überrascht wie einfach das war. Auch die Aufbewahrung ist im Römertopf gar kein Problem.

Seitdem ich 5 Jahre mit dem Modern-Look-Topf für 2,5 kg gekocht habe, habe ich mir nun endlich bei Kochform den Klassik-Bräter für 4 kg bestellt, der auch sofort für die weihnachtlichen Gänsekeulen eingesetzt wur Mit der Bestellung bei Kochform bin ich sehr zufrieden. Der Preis war in Ordnung, die Lieferung erfolgte super schnell und der Topf kam gut und fachgerecht verpackt sicher an.

Great item, good price

Excellent value - about 1/3 of the new cost for a virtually new item. Cooks beautifully and keeps things clean - no more muck all over the inside of the oven. And it was much easier to use than you might expect.

I have been cooking in a Rmertopf for over 40 years and I am always surprised that it isn't more popular in the US! I have given many as gifts and once introduced to it, most people wouldn't give it up for anything! It's not only the ease in preparing a meal that gets folks hooked, it's also the wonderful flavor of meats and veggies along with the healthy way of cooking that attracts attention. You simply can't mess it up! In today's society of high demand on an individual's time, it takes the headache out of the daily grind of cooking and cleaning, with a simple and easy way to feed your family healthy and delicious meals, without trouble at all!! You don't add ANY fats or oils, yet a roast, for instance, turns out perfect everybtime, crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. You can add veggies and potatoes later in the cooking process and then drain the juices and transform them into an outstanding gravy - all in one pot! No fuzz no mess in the kitchen! These Roman's knew what they were doing and I would highly recommend following in their footsteps. Who wouldn't want to eat easy, healthy meals when we are, as a nation, battling obesity?? Easy to use for moist, tasty and healthy meals.

I got my first Romertopf in the early nineties. Il lasted many years. You can easily and cleanly cook healthy meals. Since it cooks the food slowly, the meat and fish are always moist and tender.

Best way to cook

The Romertopt is the best way to cook a roast as it holds in all the moisture keeps your oven clean and is healthy for you. It is great for a casserole or to use without the lid on. I have been cooking with these cooking pots for 40 years. I love them. Just soak them in water for 30 mins and put everything in only needs small amount of water for casseroles as it cooks in own juices.

Great Christmas present.

I haven't used the casserole yet as I bought it for a Christmas present but I have one from a previous purchase and this is exactly the same. Happy with my purchase and I am sure my daughter will be too.

Super Brter!

Geliefert wird der Rmertopf in einer stabilen, hochwertigen Verpackung. Optisch macht der Topf einen sehr guten Eindruck. Der Deckel hat eine Griffmulde, welche das ffnen des heissen Topfes erleichtert. Der Boden des Brter's ist geriffelt, was ein Ankleben des Bratgutes verhindert und der Bratensaft bleibt am Boden. Ich kann den Brter gerne weiterempfehlen.

I like my Romertopf - but not used very much yet. I need a cookbook to help. Once everything is prepared you don't have to do anything - just wait. Meat is always soft and falls of the bone. The time soaking can be used to prepare everything.
