Beautiful but unsafe

The kettle is a beautiful design but after 3 uses the whistle wouldn’t work and the wooden handle gets very hot. I bought this as a gift for my mom who needed to hear the whistle and I kept it because it was a sale item and not worth returning. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to use an oven mitt once the kettle is boiling.

Good value but watch the heat in the handle.

You have to be careful when the water boils as my brother said that part of the handle is metal and he burned his hand trying to pick up the kettle. I.e., the plastic part on the handle doesn't cover the whole thing. I boils water quickly and whistles nicely.

don’t get this teakettle !!

it cute but it smells weird when it has water on the outside and it burns off. the steam comes out at ALL ANGLES and you will get burnt ! the design concept is good but it’s not a good product

Black Paint Melted

After heating on stove, the black color paint melted, unable to wash the entire kettle, such a big disappointment!

Cozy up with a cup of hot tea

This is a delightful little kettle. It matches my stove nicely. It heats up quickly. It pours out without much fuss. It is well built... I dropped mine and nothing broke or dented.

This kettle is larger than the one it replaced and I like it much better. it seems to heat up much faster, holds more water and the whistle is just right. very glad I picked this one!

delivery by USPS! WHY? our carrier is the worst, the whole USPS is unreliable. Delivery was due Tues on my porch it said, then Mon, then Tues, then Wed. Thurs I received notice it was delivered 8:19 pm Wed in my parcel locker. not my porch, not on Tues. i have not checked for it yet.

The tea pot is well maid, it is pretty large and heavy fore someone single like me to use for one cup of green tea at a time, the tea pot I bought about a month ago was cheap and flimsy, after the top popped off and the hot steam almost burned my hand twice, I bought this one. I buy cheap things, and up buying something better later, costing more in the long run.
