Instructions are poorly photo copied...

Our shower doors came with instructions. But they were poorly photo copied and very hard to read. It really showed down the installation. We are happy with the finished product, however.

Like others have said..leaks at the bottom

Great looking door, installed to the letter by a professional. I am sure Basco will respond by saying that it wasn't however if you read the reviews you will see time and time again that this door leaks and it's a design flaw of the door. The way to correct it is by having the outer door with the towel bar slid forward closest to the shower head so it seals the gap with the bottom rail, but I don't think you should have to do this to make the door water tight.

Very elegant, light weight and easy slide. Goes well with my new marble shower. Even more amazing a splash of water removes soap and no streaks which results in less cleaning and chemical use!

Basco is dimensional friendly

The Basco unit was very forgiving giving a lot of room in the dimensions. I was able to install the unit on an old steel bathtub which wasn't exactly level. I had no leaks and I'm very satisfied with the final installation. I used aluminum flat pieces on the bottom to help level the bottom piece. The bottom piece isn't a support piece anyways. I removed my walls so that new 2x4's could be screwed into so that the vertical pieces would be solid and square vertical level which is critical. I put the top piece across where the wheel ride and made sure it was level. Note the one side was lifted so it didn't touch the tub, but the top piece is the important part. By having the top level no adjustments are needed with the black plastic portion, glass slider stops. We've had the shower in use for 5 months now. This was a three-month project with major work on the walls. Having the Basco instructions and parts on hand one knew where to make sure the supports 2x4's needed to be.

The store looks great in person and the pictures dont do it justice. It is heavier than I was expecting.

Really like the shower door, I didn't want a lot of chrome, so keeping this clean is great, was easy to install. Ordered on line, so pickup was quick and easy.

the first one we received was missing the knob handle and one of the pieces of glass was rough and dangerous

Got a call asking if they could deliver on the 10th. Tracked the order that says it would be here the 12th. It’s now the evening of the 14th, no delivery no call!

Met all my expectations. Trim color is perfect.

The shower installed as expected until I tried to install the doors. I was provided two outer glass panels. I had to call the manufacturer and order the inner door. I was told it would take 12 days, so I am still waiting.

The door did not come with all the supplies bedded. Also the holes on top of door were not even.

The perfect door

We remodeled our shower & my husband selected this door without me being present. I was amazed at how good it looked when it arrived and was installed. I love the deep bronze color and the small rollers at the top are the perfect size without looking too big. It has the perfect aesthetic for our bathroom and we love that it has a towel bar like our older door. Space is essential and I wasn't willing to give up a towel bar.

Gorgeous until it comes off track

The shower door came off the track when my elderly mother used the shower, creating a hazardous situation. Thank God I was home & heard her scream.

Arrived damaged. Unable to contact local home depot (phone rang endlessly, called multiple times). Will do everything in our power to never shop at home depot again. Hope you go out of business.

Beautiful, but some definite flaws

I installed a new shower and needed a new shower door. I wanted one that was frameless so I wasn't cleaning gunk out of the frame anymore. This door was my favorite in appearance, and it really looks nice installed.
