Very poor quality. Thin sheet metal caused the feet to bend while traveling for the first time.

I use it more than my regular gas bbq

As a short order breakfast cook in my late teens, I was looking forward using this griddle for family parties. But I've found two glaring issues with the cooking surface. First, it's not completely flat but has hidden undulations much like the putting surface on a golf course. Is this normal? Second, the cooking surface doesn't heat up equally no matter how long I let it warm up. This means the actual cooking surface is smaller than advertised.

It works great. It was easy to put together very easy. Clean is also really easy to do just lift the top off and wash. Turn on is also easy turn nob and only had to press buyton oncw or twice to start up. The part where tank goes is pretty easy to put on and take off for storage. It is reasonable priced and very easy to use

Griddle arrived as stated, all parts accounted for. Assembled easily. Porcelain top had a very minor scratch/dimple, will see if it has a negative impact after a few uses. 1st and second use seemed great. When cleaning the porcelain top after use the scratch/dimple spot would feel like food was on the surface.

Sturdy, easy to assemble. Lights with a perfect flame, nice distribution of heat across the griddle. Clean up was a snap! Recommend for at home, picnics, and camping.

I wasn't sure if it was safe to use metal utensils on the ceramic surface so I called their customer service number. I received a recorded message that no one was available and to leave a message. I chose not to do that but emailed customer support instead asking that question. I never received a response. Good luck if something goes wrong with this griddle.

Arrived as stated and it works fantastic. Need to learn which heat to use as it quickly heats and cooks well. Love it.
