Great product and fast shipping
Buyer beware
This grill is junk the igniter quit working after 2 weeks. Also, anything you cooks sticks to the grill even with oil.
So far so good. Runs hotter than my former one burner Blackstone. I'm not sure about the surface coating yet. So far it's been pretty easy to use but I'm concerned about the type of utensils to use with it. Don't want to scratch it, but silicone or rubber type utensils melt.

DO NOT BUY THIS -CONTAINS LEAD AND NICKEL WHICH WILL POISON YOU. Flat top coating wears off -it gets in your food and you all of a sudden have neurological damage. I returned mine immediately after reading the manual it came with and I suggest you do the same
No customer service
Have tried multiple ways and multiple multiple days to get in contact with RG and nothing. No customer service! Have missing parts and issues with grill.
It does a good job, the structure is weak
The griddle works very well and keeps an even heat. The grease trap is very poorly placed and could be improved. I bought another brand portable stand to stabilize the 4 feet which wobble. I also strengthened the frame so that it is stable left to right and front and back. I would like to know if the PD 23001 hard cover would adapt to this griddle. Or is one available?

Great quality
Very surprised by size, was hoping for smaller, so it would fit in my car on solo trips. But I will need a truck to take this camping. It is cast iron top, so it must be seasoned according to the directions in the book. It is very heavy. But very good quality. The quality of the bag and cover are also amazing. Definitely recommend for home use.
