Lower grease tray is manufactured incorrectly (not wide enough) tray falls out.

Great grill/ griddle. Seems to be well built. Steaks and chops have come out great. The only drawback is no lid. Guess I need to buy a cover.

Cooks uneven and no lid! Replacement parts cost more than the grill. Wanted to order extra gate and flat gril to cook all flat or all gate, but the it's almost as much as the whole grill. Bought this small grill for the extra parts and they are like a quarter inch smaller. Look exactly the same.

perfect camping combo grill

We used the Royal Gourmet on our first camping trip this year. We really enjoy the combo grill/flat top versatility. The grill is built well. Strong %26 sturdy, with no cheap or flimsy parts, giving me confidence it will last many camping seasons. It would work well for the backyard as well.

Worth the price.

Griddle is great but the grill hard to regulate the heat for cooking. The griddle has a good surface that is easy to keep seasoned. The grill is okfor steaks but burgers and chicken should be done on the griddle. Also easy to travel with.

Great portable grill we use in our camper for an outdoor kitchen. Easy to assemble. Look for magnetic wind guards, as the griddle can be cooler in spots depending on the wind.
