Damaged before packed

Arrived damaged even though the pieces were surrounded by styrofoam. Clearly damaged prior to packing. Absolute trash.

Very disappointed with the quality of the wood. We actually got splinters when we were assembling them. We considered disassembling and returning but spent way too much time and energy on them so we kept going. If they can be returned assembled we will be doing just that.

Great for the price

This chair is great for the price. I've been shopping these chairs for a few months and couldn't get below $250. I scored this on Black Friday for $114. It is well made, well-packed, easy to assemble, comfortable, and looks great.

We live on a lake and the backyard faces west. These Adirondack chairs are perfect for watching the sunsets and wildlife.

Very excited about my chairs(bought two), but a little disappointed. I thought the assembly instructions were short but not precise (not user friendly)

Ouch

Multiple issues as holes were misaligned and several bolts were unmachined and could not accommodate a Phillips head. Hassle with returning would equal hassle of making own corrections to this product so pressed forward despite problems. Might merit three or four stars for appearance and value if these quality workmanship problems were not present.

Terrible finish

Was really upset at how terrible the finish was on this furniture! I feel i paid a quality price for it and it didnt have a quality finish on it! Especially being out side furniture. Very unsatisfied!

The chair itself is of reasonable quality, though overpriced for basic wood product. After only a few weeks, the finish is coming off, especially on the horizontal surfaces (seat and arms). It's not a good quality sealed finish. This summer, I will have to sand it down and paint it with a good exterior gloss paint. I would not buy another of these.

You get what you pay for

It has a thick lacquer like coating -- I took a palm sander to it and then put a coat of Thompson's sealer over it. The chair would be fine except it is really uncomfortable! It needs cushions. Spend the extra money on a higher quality chair.

wonderful

a little hesitant about this purchase, but once it arrived and quickly assembled, have loved it. the look, the feel, and the comfort have exceeded my expectations. have purchased chairs online before, but was not always happy. with confidence from Aosom about return policy, i pulled the trigger. very pleased with them. the ottomans are perfect. love these chairs!!

Awesome product and I will recommend to others

Very happy with the product. It was easy to assemble for the most part, Total setup took me about 15 mins. The lounger is sturdy and looks great. So glad I decided to get it! I am happy with the quality of the wood. it works fine for now.

Buyer Beware-junk

I have had these for a year now. They were fairly easy to assemble, but it was obvious they were not the best quality from the beginning. We painted a coat of sealer on them and stored them out of the elements for the winter to extend their life but even that has not helped much. This year they are wobbly and unstable. It's almost as if all the holes for the bolts have stretched or worn and now the chairs are useless. They are hanging on by a thread. Got to use them one season only. Definitely expected better quality for $99.00. Shame on this company for selling such inferior products! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Hard To Beat

It's really hard to not like this product when you consider the price. Could I have built a better chair? Sure, but it would have taken me all weekend and cost me nearly the same amount. They assemble in about 15 minutes each. Clear instructions, predrilled holes and mostly preassembled. These are stained and then sealed already. I didn't really think I'd like the ottoman, but it is very comfortable.

I love these chairs! I researched and researched and researched and finally settled on these! I ordered 2 of them for my deck and they are perfect! These can be really expensive or really cheap and i found these to be right in the middle and worth the price.

Quality is equal to the price

The chairs are comfortable and a wonderful addition to my patio and I use them daily before and after work. They did not arrive in very good condition and I had to sand several rough spots and slivers from the chairs. They are sturdy, but I have noticed they aren't weathering well. They have been in two summer storms with intermittent rain overnight and the stain is "sliding" and fading. As these chairs are about half the cost of what other brands of Adirondack chairs sell for, I would quote the old saying "you get what you pay for."

Awesome Father's Day Gift for my Husband!!!

This chair is extremely well done. It is made well and fairly easy to put together.The wood is finished with a coat of varnish which will help protect it from the sun and inclement weather. It is incredibly comfortable and the fact that the chair and leg rest are two seperate pieces makes it a custom fit for each person who uses it. Also, it is easy to get in and out of. Great chair for the money!

Easy to assemble. Good workmanship, and appears to be decent wood. I'd expect they will last 3-6 yrs outside, which is really all you can expect for the price and type of wood. Good Value at below a hundred dollars a chair, shipped.

Well made and the foot rest is included. Easy to put together, I bought two. One damaged piece but its real wood and part of the piece split, nothing structurally wrong so no problem. I would like to order two more. I love the stain and the poly finish. These are very nice chairs.

Very attractive,easy to assemble

We are so happy with the chair set. Beautiful,real wood, artfully shaped. The slant of the chair is perfect for us. The ice box between the chairs is very clever and holds more than the two of us could ever use and doubles as a roomy table. Very fair price. I cannot add photos but the setting between two tall pepper trees is terrific.
