Poor quality overall - but it does work
Batter compartment was impossible to open. Opening for cables was equally 'off' as far as putting it on. The quality of the materials is not so great. It is very quiet as well. So if you are looking for a very light sounding water feature, then this is ok. Looks nice and works with the solar panel - just not the greatest quality.

We really love this fountain. Quite and soothing sitting out on our patio. Especially after dark with the lights on.
Exceptional Customer Service
I ordered a 17-inch Resin tiered Fountain, which shipped as promised. Unfortunately the fountain had some issues - a call to the vendor was answered by a person within three rings! They understood the problem and it was fixed within a week. I have never had such great customer service before. And the fountain is beautiful. Good job, Lowes (and vendor)!
