Vivid and beautiful

Very beautiful rug, the colors are so deep and vivid, even the black stands out with the teal. Fixing to buy another one. When I got the rug I turned it over and took my steam iron and pressed it and it flattened out nicely, it does comes shipped rolled so there are no crease.

Wrinkled. Disappointed.

Got the 9x12 and after several weeks, the wrinkles haven't flattened out very much. I am going to try ironing or steaming and hope that it gets better because I don't want the hassle of shipping it back and shopping for something new. Safavieh stuff is usually great, so this is a big disappointment. Two stars for the pattern, which I like.

Most of my concern is likely the result of the manner in which the item was shipped. Rather than being rolled, like vendors who have shipped sizable carpet in the past, this 9' round carpet was folded numerous times and tightly packed flat creating dangerous wrinkles. It's been five days since receipt and those wrinkles are still very prominent. We have since rolled the carpet up hoping it will eliminate the trip hazards the wrinkles created. Our fingers are crossed that the carpet will lay flat when we un-roll it. The look of the carpet appears that it will be just what we wanted but those pesky wrinkles detract from the overall appearance. I'm confident the corrected carpet will be beautiful.
