Holds up great over time, durable and heavy

I needed a brown round rug with some character. This was great! I was actually surprised at how heavy it was. It didnt move around and I received compliments because it was so different. To clean it I just had my son help me pick it up and shake it. The dirt fell out and I swept it up. We moved and I needed a rug for my entry way....so I folded the round rug in half and it for perfectly at our door. It is so heavy that is lays flat and looks like a perfect half circle. Some of the leather pieces came out for the first couple of months....but I habent had any trouble since.....and it's been years. It still looks the same as the first day I received it.

I really liked it, but my family did not. We ordered two 8 x 8 and put them side by side. You couldn't see the seam-- however the color schemes were definitely different. I'm not sure if that was a deal breaker tho. Ultimately it's not a comfortable rug and we were looking for something that would feel soft under our feet for our family room. If it was being used in a space where that's not an issue, it's a fun/ different rug. The pieces definitely shed like other reviews said-- but it felt full enought where that wouldn't be an issue. Also, there is a strong leather smell that takes days to dissipate. Ultimately, we returned for the comfort factor. As a whole, it wasn't the right solution. (I might have kept it, simply because I liked how different and unique it is).
