The rug is very tasteful.I like the rich color.It compliments the room and furnishings. My only complaint is the rug sheds some. I understand some shedding is to be expected. I do find it to be of good quality.

This rug is a very high quality runner!

If you are looking for a runner - buy this one! It is one of my best buys on overstock.com. It is so plush and well made. The colors are not too bright - very muted. The rust color is gorgeous - not red or orange. I could not be happier.

Very beautiful rug and of great quality. This rug is true to color which is a rust/red. Rug is soft and pile is high.

Oval rug

The rug looks nice & thick. I purchased it 2 or 3 months ago & I would expect it to shed a little. Unfortunately, it is still shedding much more than I would expect a rug to shed. I would not have purchased if I had know it shedded so much. Feeling disappointed!

Rug arrived damaged

Rug would have been a nice rug but arrived damaged. While return was easy the customer service rep assured me there was another in stock he had reserved for me and would send right out. I returned the damaged rug. The next day I checked the status of my replacement order only to see that it had been cancelled. No one had contacted me by phone or email to say that it was being cancelled. When I contacted them I was told that the product was out of stock despite what the original rep had told me. The shame of it was that I would have kept the damaged rug at a further discounted price if I had known that originally. When I inquired about the one I returned noting I was told damaged returned items were discarded. Which is a loss on both sides. Next I tried ordering a similar rug and was twice sent the wrong product (a round 8' foot rug instead of an oval 7'6"x9'6' rug). It was astounding to me that they continued to advertise and send out the wrong rug even after they were aware of the problem with my first return and had told me they had been in contact with the warehouse about it. On the positive side the customer service staff is friendly and responsive but it only goes so far if you can't actually deliver what your advertising.

Beautiful rug. Well made and looks more expensive than actual purchase price. The color is more of a ruby red/burgundy color rather than rust as described on line. If you are looking for a true rust colored rug this is not the rug for you. This rug looks beautiful on our creamy light carmel colored tile and dark hard wood floors. Planning to buy one more.

Excellent quality rug but...

A critical factor for me ordering this rug was the color combination of Rust with beige/ivory because I was buying it to "go" with other rugs with a rust being a dominant color. When I unrolled it, quality was evident and I was pleased with the thickness of the pile, but the "rust" part of the rug looked red in context of my other rugs. Also, beige/ivory is very much as dominant in the overall rug as the rust (if you're expecting a rust colored runner with beige highlights from looking at the online photo, you may be disappointed to discover that rug appears to have equal amounts of beige and rust)

NOT RUST!

This is a nice rug, however it is not rust in color. It is a ruby red almost maroon. The wool is very soft my favorite kind. If you are looking for a maroon rug or red rug this could work for you. The pattern on the rug was nice however did not like the red ring around the edge, did not blend well, plus that is the area the color looked the most maroon.
