This couch is ALLERGENIC.

I’ve been using it for a while now. Every time I sit on it I got rashes and itchy/ running nose. At first I contacted the customer service and I got a response like this “I’m sorry you are allergic to this beautiful couch.” and that’s it. Since I didn’t get a positive response and solution, I tried to clean it but it still get me the same allergy reaction. Unfortunately I got two of them and both are allergenic. I don’t know how and where they were produced. It’s not as good as how the look. I’m very disappointed.

Poor quality, fabric worn out after 3 mons

I want to love them so much and I searched high and low for the right style. Unfortunately the quality of boucle fabric has worn after 3-6 months. There is pilling throughout and it’s so horrible looking. We don’t use these chairs much as we tend to sit in the couch for more comfort but the materials are all so worn! I am so disappointed and I cannot return them as they are outside the return window. I wish there is something the manufacture can do for the poor quality. I would not recommend them!

Poor Quality Fabric

Unfortunately the quality of these chairs is very poor. The Boucle fabric has worn away and also has pilling throughout. This happened about 6 months after purchasing which is outside of the return policy. Think twice before purchasing.

This swivel that became a rocking chair!!

It was a disappointment to try this cute chair. I expected a chair in this price range would last more than a few months but, I was so wrong. In less than 2 months, the chair started to rock back and forth so bad that one may get dizzy. This was not a hidden feature!! just poor quality. Again, the naive customer I was, I thought CB2 may care about their reputation and may want to make things right. I called customer service, and they were relieved it is a few days after their 30-day period. 199.00 partial credit was offered for a pair of boucle swivel chair bought for almost 2k. I would not recommend to a friend unless I hate them :)

Very comfortable - I bought two for my living room. Guests love them and the swivel feature. They don't get used super frequently so I haven't experienced the wear and tear others have described so, so far they've been great.

I looked at a bunch of boucle chairs and this is the one I chose, with absolutely no regrets. I visited a CB2 store which was a great idea because in person can be so different. This chair is SO cozy and good for posture. Absolutely obsessed and happy with this purchase.

Seam coming apart.

I purchased 2. The seam on one of them came apart and the company declined replacement of the item. They have been VERY gently used so this should not have happened for sure. One is holding up better than the other.

Better in person

Better in person. I was afraid would be small but they are perfect and beautiful shade. Looks expensive!
