Third full set and counting

We love the durability and style of these Adirondack chair sets. They have withstood salt air on the Gulf coast, snow and extreme temps in southwest Michigan. Recommend two people to assemble but very sturdy once done. Cleans with hose or soap and water. Now my sister is buying them for her lake house in Illinois. Highly recommend.

Exceptional product, exceptional service!

EVERYTHING about this purchase was exceptional. The chairs themselves were exactly what I wanted. They arrived quickly, and were of outstanding quality. Before I purchased I needed help from customer service - friendly, capable ans responsive — I liked these chairs (refined adirondacks) so well, I ordered two more.

Good but…

The product is good for your price. Loll is higher quality but a higher price. Assembly is ok. Some of the pre-drilled holes needed a hammer to get the bolt through and some of the edges needed a shave as there were curls of plastic. Also the instructions missed out how to attach a cross bar. Thankfully I spotted this before assembling the whole chair. Happy with the end result though.

I Work All Day in This Chair

I bought two chairs in the Cozy size since I am 5'3". I work at home, and this chair is so comfortable and low enough to the ground that I can sit in it to work all day. Kudos to Polywood - one of my chairs came missing a factory-installed screw. I spoke with Customer Service and 4 replacement screws were sent to me. Excellent customer service, excellent chairs!

Love this Chair!

Finally able to splurge on the real deal Pollywood Adirondack Chair for our new deck. Could not be happier. The quality is top notch. The heavy weight keeps it in place despite occasional high winds in our area and it is super easy to keep clean. Definitely would like at least one more for this area and would love to gift a couple of these to my parents who have knock off versions that are falling apart. Have already recommended to neighbors and will continue to do so. Happy with the purchase and can’t wait to order more .

Modern Adirondack chair and rocker

Love the product! For some reason the directions for the chair were much more confusing than the rocker. My only criticism is that the pictures of the parts (the different screws) didn't match the actual screws. For someone who doesn't do this very often, it was confusing. Love the finished, assembled product!

Great chairs and sturdy too!

We have 4 modern chairs and 2 regular chairs and love them all! We look forward to more Polywood on our farm and around our pond! We love they are heavy, as we live in the midwest and they have withstood big winds! Only 2 times did we end up with chairs in our pond and they were dirty but still amazing shape! NO Damage! We love Polywood!

Warranty Claim

Ordered a set of Modern Adirondack Chairs in 2020. After several years sitting in the sun in Arizona there were some issues with the material cracking where screws were placed near edges. I put a claim in to have replaced and was sent all new chairs with no issues. Polywood stands behind their product and has an excellent warranty. Very pleased with my experience with the warranty process.

Love, love, love my chairs!

The chair is very comfortable. Smaller than many Adirondack chairs. I am a single woman, and I managed to get it together myself, though putting the back on with the arms would have been easier with two persons. These are heavy chairs. I mistakenly got the chairs that don't fold. But it doesn't matter. They are very sturdy. Make sure to tighten the screws. I love bright colors but opted for grey, going neutral. I left one in my kitchen for a while just because it was so hand to sit down in and read while waiting for things to cook. Didn't want to put either one of them out into the elements, but finally did due diligence today and got them on the patio. I'm going to order a table to go with them. I live in the Savannah, GA area, and we do have hurricanes. I guarantee that unless there's a tornado, these chairs will not blow around.

Great Quality But NOT Comfortable

Great quality. Nice color. Great material. However, I regret buying these two Adirondak rockers because they are NOT comfortable to rock on. I should have purchased a more upright presidential-type rocker. Argh.

Horrible quality control

We have an extensive collection of polywood items but these Adirondacks are cheaply manufactured, the holes are not fully drilled for assembly. In addition, we received chairs with 2 left arms. The chairs are completely worthless and of course their customer service is only available for limited hours. We are extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Love the chairs; sturdy and well designed. Assembly requires 2 people because it’s fiddly to hold the parts in place, but went smoothly and wasn’t complicated. I agree with others who commented on the amount of excess extruded plastic that had to be removed- not the best QC before shipping, but once that’s removed the chairs look like they’ll last a long time.
