Seems well built, was super easy to put together, looks good. Not sure how it’ll look after a year in the Texas weather but we will certainly find out in the near future.

We ordered a 16 unit Florence CBU from US Post Company in August 2024. Customer service from US Post Company was good. The unit arrived with scratches on the back and they sent paint to repair it. I commented at the time that the unit appeared to be much flimsier than our previous units. A month after installing our new CBU, it was easily broken into with a crow bar, the CBU was damaged beyond repair and mail and packages were stolen. So $2300 down the drain. Their response was we should find a better location for the CBU. USPS determines the location of mailboxes, not the consumer so that comment was not helpful. If there is any chance your CBU could be vandalized then these units are not for you.
Got it in a week vs 2 weeks that was estimated. So far so good.
I have not received it yet.

This is the 3rd or 4th time that I have ordered cluster boxes from Mailbox Works and I would go no where else. The time they take working with you to make sure you have the right product and the follow up after the delivery cannot be beat
