Not Happy This Time
I have used a number of Kwikset locks, including one exactly like this one. But this time, the lock mechanism does not actuate properly. I have installed many deadbolts, but I originally thought I may have installed it wrong. But after removing and reinstalling numerous times, I have concluded it is the lock it self that is defective. I plan to return it.

Exceptional, it was exactly what I was looking for for my front door. Now all I need now it is find & replace my door frame.
Really elevated the look of my doors. The black finish is smooth. It could be easier to pull down, it requires more force than schlage.
Easy to install. Seems very secure and robust.
Deadbolt is not a replacement lock only for new doors. Bolt is offset center.
Just installed this system. It appears to be working correctly.
Good looking and worked for a few days
I bought one from Home Depot, installed it and configured it to match the house key. It worked correctly but several days later when a family member opened it with his key, the cylinder pulled out with his key. Home Depot refunded the price and I purchased a replacement which I installed today. I like the lock and would rate it five stars if not for the failure.
Didn’t fit in the standard door.
