I have had this faucet for two years, and the arm came apart from the base. I submitted a warranty claim and they offered a one-time replacement of a different, less expensive faucet that does not come in the same finish (nickel).

This faucet came apart after two years of use. Blanco has offered a one-time replacement of a different, less expensive faucet that doesn't come in the same finish. I'm extremely disappointed. The last picture shows the replacement offered.

I love this faucet - the gold colour is soft but pretty, and the lines have a timelessness to them. Functions perfectly.

Super faucet!

Just what we wanted. The chrome is great quality. Would recommend. It goes great with our granite countertop and kitchen. It matches our chrome cabinet handles perfectly.

Beautiful but NO Spray button!

We bought the matching kitchen faucet and bar faucet for our prep sink. The Build.com description says "dual spray settings" on the bar faucet but it sadly does not have a button. Gorgeous and feels very solid, but need a sprayer at the prep sink.

Beautiful design excellent quality

Looks stunning. I get compliments all the time on the polished nickel finish. A perfect blend between stainless and brass.

Pretty but shows water spots

Nice faucet overall. The body of the faucet swivels on the base. Iv'e noticed at the junction between the the base and the body of the faucet a touch of vertical movement. This movement is a small flaw but decreases my overall perception of quality.

Beautiful Garbage

Purchased the Blanco Empress with soap dispenser for our Kitchen remodel back in 2018. Looked so beautiful and worked great until the soap dispenser started oozing all over the counter from beneath the pump head (less than a year after professional install by a plumber). Contacted Blanco and they sent a replacement. 6 months later, same problem. I am now on my 4th replacement soap pump (which is also leaking).I am on my second sprayer hose ( now leaking), and the water control handle just fell off. For what I spent on this, I can't believe how poorly these are made. Shopping for another brand. Stay far away from Blanco!

Had two and both leaked!

Do not buy! Loved how it looked but 1st one leaked after 8 months. Blanco sent replacement and it also leaked after 6 months. Our plumber said both were defective.

was installed eight months ago and works well. Look beautiful when you come into my kitchen. Blanco sent me a new water cartridge, since it started dripping. I don't know how to take the unit apart to replace the cartridge. I was lucky enough to email Blanco and they sent me a new cartridge, but can't get an answer on how to replace it.

I absolutely love this faucet! It is not only attractive but it is easy to use and so functional without a big footprint. I chose this brand faucet because I ordered the Blanco sink and they exceed my expectations. I ordered the matching faucet for my wet bar. The best part was how quickly it shipped. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel and finding inventory has been a challenge. This was one of the easiest items to check off of the list.
