Wow, just where do I start? The Kraus bathroom waterfall faucet is just beautiful and very well made. When you remove it from the box for the first time, you just know you have a solid piece workmanship. The install was straight farward and the instructions was easy to read and follow. We love the futuristic look and simple controls.

This replaced the same faucets that were previously used. The old ones had leakage problems and some corrosion. The new faucets are beautiful and work perfectly!

Kraus Waterfall Faucet

We love the sinks and faucets from Kraus. We had a Kraus waterfall faucet that we were waiting for parts to fix the faucet. Instead of waiting for the parts that were on back order, we ordered this waterfall faucet. It fits perfect and looks great.

This faucet is exactly what you see. Its used in our powder bath. Its working just fine. It came on time and very nicely packaged. We get several nice compliments.

Doesn’t last—can’t be repaired

The waterfall faucet is quite attractive. HOWEVER, it has an internal filter/cartridge that can become clogged over time with normal use and must be changed. There is NO WAY for a typical homeowner to do this job. It requires a proprietary tool that you have to purchase to even get to the filter. The cost of the tool plus filter is more than a whole new faucet. Consider this a short-term, disposable product. I purchased 2 and both lasted less than 5 years.

I am very pleased with my faucet. I had one like this before. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

Waterfall faucet

This faucet looks good, however after 5 years it does not shut off all the way (leaks). If you have hard water, almost impossible to remove deposits from glass.

Problem response

The color of the "Shield" was not easy to understand in the original order. Your company did a good job of quickly getting us the required clear shield, rather than smoke colored, on a prompt and reasonable basis.

Truly unique!

We wanted something unique for our powder room, this satisfied our desire. It is certainly not your average bathroom faucet! Installation was easy and quick. Allows water to cascade giving complete control of how much water is used.

LOKKING BEUTIFUL BUT HAND IS NOT GOOD, WATER NOT CLOSE

I purchased the product 8 years ago. In the process there were always problems with the faucet, whether it was leakage, or the water was not closed all the way. Now the situation is that the handle is completely loose, and the product cannot be used. Too bad... the design is amazing.

Kraus Waterfall faucet is a conversation starter

The Kraus waterfall faucet is a lovely accent to our guest bathroom. It gets a lot of complimentary comments and oohs and ahs when people see it. Ok, I admit it, I get a kick seeing it when I walk by the room.

Waterfall faucet

The waterfall faucet and popup drain were exactly what I needed to complete a project in our powder room. We had purchased a round glass sink that sits on a glass pedestal and stand that came from another vendor that did not contain the faucet and drain.

Great faucet, looks very modern and nice!

Doesn't work after awhile

I bought this 2 years ago. I loved the design and functionality. But the past few months the water flow has gotten less and less and now it's a trickle. So we call a plumber out and he goes to take it apart to clean out the buildup, and can't. You can only get to the top parts, but the screen is inside the tube which you can't get into. So the whole thing has to be tossed. I really loved this faucet, but you can't get to the inside parts when you need to fix it.... and we need water flow.
