Track head is nice but company is even better
Great product which I’ve purchased from other sources in the past but City Lights excelled in fulfilling the order and keeping me up to date on the order.
Great low voltage light monorail lights track heads
I needed four matching tech lighting satin nickel monorail pivot track heads. I was replacing some other fixtures I used over my pool table for 15 years. The pool table is now gone. I needed a new design. I found the track heads at Lamps Plus! I Love the new look.
Really works well
Compact light with Big Bang. Adjustable. A little tricky to install at first
Mo-Pivot is the perfect minimalist rail fixture
This is my go-to fixture for Tech Lighting monorail projects. Just snap in the MR16 lamp and you're ready to go. It can be angled up/down and left/right. Although not 360 degrees, I've successfully lit wall art and objects from angles. (Remember to be aware of the glare created for viewers.) Mo-Pivot does the job and combines beautifully with other fixtures, especially pendants. Another plus: It's the least expensive fixture in TL line. I still prefer Halogen MR16 lamps, because they provide the best targeted light and a wonderful indirect glow bouncing off the ceiling. If you prefer not to have the glow, you can add accessories to this fixture. When you are ready to convert to the LED MR16 lamp, no problem. This fixture works for both. I use this fixture on monorail systems in all areas of the house; Entry, living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen, hallways, etc.
monorail system
The tech specialist on the phone really knew how all these components go together, transformer requirements, specialized lighting, you name it. All went in and up without a hitch. Great product and great service. You get what you pay for.
Fails quickly
The plastic insulator melts too easily. For the price, these should last a lifetime.
simple high quality low voltage spotligh
I was looking for a simple spotlight for the low voltage monorail. This was the least expensive option and it is just the ticket. I am using it with just the bulb, no shields or covers and it looks great.
Love this light system
Used this system in three different houses, one of my favourites
Just what I needed
The package came in 5 business days and was carefully wrapped and packaged. The items were as described.
The MO-Pivot Monorail head is an essential component to my k
This little piece of hardware could probably use a redesign as it seems very frail. I think they get very hot and fry quickly. I really wish they lasted longer as I love my monorail kitchen lighting.
It is a nice quality product but comes with a price.
This is a nice little lamp holder that you can tell is built to last. Snaps on in seconds and looks great.
