Great toilet paper holder for space saving. Was relatively easy to install. Site states bracket is not included, but it is.

It looks beautiful, but....

Packaged nicely and ostensibly clever mounting system with a spring to help keep back plate sort of in place. Screws are notably cheap. A matt black stainless screw would have been infinitely better. One is screwing into a slot, which tends to want to let the screw slide rather than bite into a hole for a controlled insertion.

This was very hard to install. Even the contractor said he had never seen anything like it.

Nice recessed TP holder. The roll doesn’t stick out into the bathroom as far as the first holder we bought. Saw yours online. The dimensions were just the size we needed. It looks good!

Too difficult for operate the paper holder plunger mechanism. Not smooth operation at all. Returning the product.

Looks great. Can be difficult to remove spring insert when paper roll is installed, hoping that gets easier over time.

Complete junk. Install instructions totally wrong, if you get that far. Flimsy construction. Roller not straight. ears that hold roller flare out at different angles. Utter rubbish.

A lot easier to install then I anticipated. Great look too.

Not much to say about a toilette paper holder. It looks nice.
