This is more of a review for wayfair. This item could not be retrofitted into the space and they are charging me shipping to return. I have a hard trusting items that are intending for remodel or building but are punitive when items don’t work out and need to be returned.

Perfect for two of our bathrooms in our Lake House. The fans are quiet and the lighting is perfect, Highly Recommend. Well made merchandise.

Nice fans works great

Quiet and dimmable. Easy to install and looks good. Not sure if it’s as powerful as standard fans though. If your bathroom gets really stinky or steamy then may not be a strong enough option. Works for our guest bathroom.
