Frustrated

I have to get a plumber out who specializes in this faucet. It is a nightmare to put it together. My husband wanted a touchless. I wish. I read the reviews and put money into this faucet. You should make it easier.

Change battery

I'm trying to take the faucet off to change the battery. It says to pull forward to take it off the body, but it's not moving.

This is the second Kohler facet we purchased. The first facet has worked great, hence why we purchased the same facets again. The second facet that we purchased had extensive hard water deposits and water inside the facet. It is very upsetting to purchase a new facet to find it in this condition, especially at this price!

Leaks

Leaks once you change out the batteries. Water just leaks out the aerator non stop.

Does not stay on long enough

We installed 2 of these in a master bathroom. They don't stain very long maybe 2 to 3 seconda. Called Kohler and they said that's it. Quality is nice except on the sinks it sits higher in the back making them look like they are leaning forward. Each sink was different so I can say for sure it is not the installer. I will be taking these out and replacing with something else. May be good for a commercial application.

Guest pleaser

We installed the Kohler touchless faucet in our guest bathroom sink in less than 45 minutes. All necessary hoses were included. It looks and works fantastic. We hosted a Christmas dinner for 18 people. They all loved the touchless feature to prevent the transfer of germs. The sink tub actually stays cleaner and water is used only when needed. Great product.
