Horrible

I placed an order for this product. First, the advertised price was increased when I put the product in my cart. I had to call them, sending a screenshot, and eventually they took my money. The order never shipped, and when I called, I was told it was back ordered until March 2024. On their website it was available by the end of this month, October. It’s still advertised as available by the end of this month. Yet my order was not going to be available until March 2024. When I inquired about this, I was told that’s that and my inquiry was closed. I don’t think they wanted to sell this to me at the price that they are on website advertised at for. False advertising, bait and switch, poor customer, service, and horrible communication all at once. Do not buy from them.

Nice fixture but because of the way it attaches to the wall I had to replace the old round box and install a new one. A better design would make this an easy and effortless swap out.

I searched for 2 months looking for sophisticated, transitional fixture for my new bathroom. The house is currently under construction, so I can’t provide a photo but I’m sure this fixture will be perfect.

Really looks nice with the rest of the bathroom decor. The vanity has black trim and this ties in well with that. We had to mount inverted because of location of medicine cabinet, and it was nice to have flexibility to do that; it would look nice either way.

Love the light, it is just what we were looking for. Dealing with Build Ferguson was not nearly as good as the product we received.

Love this light

We added two of these lights over the mirrors above our double sink vanity. This was a part of a whole bathroom remodel inlight grey, white and light blue. They are so perfect!
