Excellent service

I have been sleeping on this mattress for over 30 days now. For the first few days it did not feel very comfortable, but I guess my body had to make the adjustment. Since that first week of adjustment I had no more lower back pains. The free adjustable base I received was a plus because I slept with 3 to 4 pilliows so that I can elevate my head and support my lower back; with the adjustable base I do not need all those pillows. The bed was too low for me since there is no box board so I used bed risers to give height. I am pleased and satisfied with my purchase. The order process was easy and the delivery and set up was excellent. Delivery/setup guy was very respectful and professional. Thank you for an overall smooth process.

Following a thorough examination of the product, outlined in the subsequent review, I am pleased to report that I would not hesitate to repeat the process. Following weeks of research, I ultimately selected a Sealy plush tight top mattress, a departure from my usual preference for firm mattresses. The decision to opt for a softer option was made in an effort to alleviate persistent back and neck pain. The delivery process was impeccably executed, with timely notifications and the mattress arriving securely boxed and wrapped in pristine condition. The delivery personnel demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and respect for my property, going above and beyond to assist with unboxing the mattress, positioning it as requested, and disposing of the packaging materials. Durable, comfortable and supportive and functional.

We Read a lot of reviews and decide to buy; it's a good mattress with decent quality. We purchased this mattress last year for our guest room. Rated medium firmness but has a plush cover and not too hot like some foam mattresses. Great for support and comfort. My husband and I are considering another. My hubby and I are both side sleepers so unsure if this would be the best option. We have decided to give a week test run in our guest room in the near future in preparation for our future purchase.

Consider another company

Had issues with my purchase when it was delivered; there was cotton coming out the sides of the mattress. A month later, still trying to get it resolved. I emailed customer service twice in the past 3 weeks but still waiting on a response.

My partner and I LOVE this mattress. Such a great find for the price. I enjoy firmer mattresses and she enjoys plusher, this is the perfect in between.

Super mattress!

I received my mattress this week and I absolutely lover it!The mattress I selected was the Firm as I sleep on my back. It feels wonderful I sleep great and wake up feeling refreshed!

Good mattress, so far.

Very comfortable, supportive but soft. Only one night of use but woke up without any back or shoulder pain.

A great mattress without memory foam

I'm so glad I chose this bed! It is the perfect combination of soft & firm. You can sit on it and bounce back a little, but the softness is there. I find it very hard to get out of bed in the morning! My sleeps have been deeper as well. My partner is equally in love with our new bed.

The best mattress ever!!!!

We bought this mattress over 2 years ago. No more back pain. We love it!!!! It’s the most comfortable bed we have ever had and paid less than $1000 for the Mattress. So…. Now we’re buying one for our spare bedroom. Prior to this mattress, we would spend thousands on what we believe were high quality mattresses and within a year or so each mattress would sink in/dip where we had been laying even though we would rotate out mattresses around several times a year. Warranty on most mattresses have are a joke as they have their criteria for a replacement. Within 3 years we would have to buy a new mattress.

Lacey plush just Okay

Not as plush as i expected it to be.First hybrid mattress, don't know that i prefer it over traditional innerspring one.

I LOVED this bed in the store! When I got it home, though, my body was sore from sleeping on it. After a few weeks I purchased a bed frame and boy what a difference it made! I get my beauty sleep for sure now! This is what I felt when I window shopped for it in the store 10/10

SEALY Posturepedic 1200 Series Europillowtop Plush Mattress

The mattress is very comfortable for someone who can and love to sleep on a plush bed but also with support. I have to say though, trying it originally in store with the plastic wrapping disguised how plush it was. We originally planned to buy this for my husband, who has back pain problem and needs a mattress that is just supportive enough but not too soft. He loved it when trying in store and did not have a back pain after sleeping for 20-30 minutes on it. He can usually tell if a mattress is suitable by seeing if he experience uncomfortableness after just a few minutes on one. Unfortunately, after he tried it again after delivery with the wrappings removed, he found it too plush and could not sleep on it at all. But it was just right for me who does not have any back pain issue

Great bed!

I had never had a hybrid before- just innerspring. It took me a few nights to get used to it but now no more back pain and I am sleeping through the night for the first time in decades!

Still waiting for my purchase

I bought this 3 week ago and still have not received item yet. Delivery was suppose to be 23-26 July. Very disappointed

Fine product, annoying business.

The mattress is fine, but prepare to be constantly inundated with texts and emails no matter how often you say STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE. This business tactic of harassing customers for feedback and reviews and to spend more money is so unbelievably annoying. So buyer beware. I doubt any competition will be any less annoying, as this just seems to be how everything works now, but these companies need to know they suck and need to change and I hope it affects their bottom line (since that's all that matters). I'll never be buying from Mattress Firm again. So annoying.

Not amazing, but pretty great for the $$

I think it’s really comfortable. I had been sleeping on an extremely firm bed (really just a couple layers of IKEA foam pads over slats) and this hybrid mattress is obviously way better than that. I have chronic hip and lower back pain and that has gotten better since I got the Sealy hybrid. I wanted something that gave good support and relieved some pressure points but still felt plush and comfy. This is exactly that, it cradles and supports me nicely while still feeling kinda fluffy and being easy to move around on and change positions. I was going for that feeling when you go to a luxe hotel and the bed feels like crawling onto a cloud, and this hybrid mattress isn’t that, but for the price it’s pretty great.

Best nights rest

Best sleep ever in a very long time. Firm enough to improve back pain and soft enough to enjoy a good nights rest.

Might need a Much Firmer mattress

The mattress so far is pretty good, I could probably use a much firmer mattress. I ordered it online without trying it out. I spend a considerable amount of time in bed due to injury and a less firmer mattress tends to develop a swell in the bed.
