Color is not same as pictured.

Not color from site. Return Fees are very high. Customer Service was poor.

This is a 1 star review but because they will not publish 1 stars, here is the 4. I received the bed with a damaged piece in a different color than is advertised. The replacement price came in the color advertised. Support refused to correct the issue. Return fees will cost half the price of the bed. Do not buy.

Great value!

Love our new bed! First thing we noticed is that the bed is very sturdy and has a nice finish. I would definitely purchase again!

Nice piece but not packaged well

Multiple pieces arrived damaged unfortunately which made assembly difficult. Customer service isn’t very proactive and customer has to reach out multiple times for a single update on replacement or refund.

Would buy again

The instructions were a bit challenging to follow. Took two hours to put together. One side rail on the bed was damaged in shipping. Will try to contact customer service to see if we can get a replacement side rail. Overall, we are happy with our purchase. The quality is excellent and the finish is great! We ordered the light gray/tan finish. The shipping was reasonable also.

Good Product. Bad Quality Control

Overall the quality for the money is good. Solid bed frame. But the Quality Control needs to be better. I have 3 or 4 noticeable dings and gashes which is frustrating. Also if you have a memory foam mattress like a Tempur, the slats are too far apart for Tempur's warranty requirements so I had to add more slats.

The design and online photos are nice but they have some areas of improvement in production. Received some damaged parts that were clearly damaged in production as this was packaged excellently and there was no damage to the shipping box. The hardware kit was also missing pieces, understandably as it's all just bagged together and not sorted at all. Some of the pieces are also MDF and not solid wood.

Color looks nothing like photos

I’ve sent 3 emails indicating that my bedroom furniture color does not resemble the color of the on-line photos. I’ve yet to receive a response on my desired to return the items. Now I have no choice but to submit a dispute with my credit card company.
