Great sink

Toto makes quality items. I bought 6 of these sinks. The reason for only 4 stars is they don’t glaze the entire sink. I get they want to save money and you won’t see the bottom, but the lip even though under mounted should have been glazed entirely instead of just the part they think is visible because there was inconsistency between all the sinks and it shows on some of them. Not a huge issue - but if trying to maintain a good reputation just expand the white glazing a tad.

Toto quality

Toto products have always been superior to me. We have bought Toto toilets for redo's in three homes over the years. This was the first time to purchase the sinks. Excellent quality, packaged perfectly for shipment. The size and shape worked beautifully for our bathroom. The finish that helps it to stay clean seems to work well...however, I do wipe out the sink more often, as they suggest. Perhaps had I done that that with prior sinks, they would have stayed cleaner longer too???

Best bathroom under mount sink

This is my go to bathroom under mount sink, can’t go wrong with a Toto from Build.com

We have these sinks from another remodel 10 years ago and we’re happy they were still available for our new remodel.

Toto 19” Undermount sink in Cotton color

Installed this sink in a guest bath and an en suite bathroom as well during a remodel. It is a good size in a 36” cabinet with ample counter space on either side. Depth is more than adequate. The Cotton color choice is a beautiful complement to the countertop. Both bathrooms look great!

Best shape for the bathroom. We live this sink. We have used it in 3 bathrooms and 2 houses!

Drain hole not lined up

We ordered 4 sinks, three of which function perfectly. The fourth sink however has an issue with the drain hole where by top and bottom (with in between the overflow outlet) are not lined up correctly. As a result, the pop up drain we installed is inserted at an angle, leading to continuous leaks.

The delivery is quick, took only 1 day.

Best Design

I installed 2 of these Toto sinks , they are the pitched bottom so the water and any debris travels directly ti the drain making it easy to keep clean , as opposed to a flat bottom rectangle sink .

Nice but not awesome.

This sink is ok but honestly its just ok. Its bigger and deeper than expected (but thats on me) but its not as modern looking as I was hoping. Hoping once its in situ I love it more.

When you place an order, their website gives you an "expected delivery" date. I have ordered a couple of times from them and in both case that "Expected Delivery" date means nothing.

Nice, but inconsistent sizing

We like the sinks, but I had to take off a star because of the inconsistency. We ordered 4 and the size was off on one of the four by quite a bit.
