Great little heater for our cabin. Came well packaged, put together easily, just as described.

Tall Kerosene Heater

Purchased for backup heat when power goes out. Heater came in a reasonable time. Assembly was fairly easy. I do not like the protective wire cages. Necessary for those with children but a pain to use in my opinion. I did not like how the cage attached either.

It had a lot of scratches and was dented pretty good. Had to pull the dents out to close the door. No damage to the box. It's getting cold, it does work. Just not what they said it was

No wick…

It does not come with a wick. It’s kind of ridiculous. Like selling an electric heater that doesn’t come with the power cord.

Kerosene NOT propane

This is described as a propane heater but is obviously kerosene !!!!!

Not impressed

It heats well. The issue I have is there is no tank to take outside the unit to fill. You have to take the entire unit outside to fill. There is a flimsy handle that seems like it is going to break or fall off especially when you get the kerosene tank full and try to carry it in. The smell from this kerosene heater is strong (which I read was due to this particular wick and many recommended changing it immediately) I have used this for almost 6 months. Recently I purchased a different model that has a tank that pulls out to take outside to fill make it much easier and lighter and doesn’t have the same strong kerosene smell. I would not recommend purchasing due to the heaviness of carrying just a tank to fill and the awful handle. It will be too heavy for many and these should not be filled inside the home. Now if you just want it for outdoor camping to warm up and heat food… this may be okay for you.

Easy assembly. I've had it about a month and it does a good job heating downstairs during extremely cold temperatures. I even use it to knock off the chill when it's moderately cold. The hvac seems to run less when I fire up the kerosene heater. It gets so warm downstairs, I have to shut it off. Wish I had purchased one years ago.

Fuel level gauge is loose and leaks so it’s not safe to use. Paperwork says not to call the store where I bought it but to contact the company. I called dozens of times, different days and times of day. No answer, just a recording. Bad customer service. Wish I had gotten a different brand.

Having Fedex as an only option is an absolute worst decision ever! 2 weeks to get a shipment that was on the truck for delivery 5 times!! Please allow other shipping options!!

assemble was easy and works great. keeps my large living room and dining room well heated.

The product was damaged abd had to return it. Someone should check the product before packaging it in a vox.
