Worst customer service ever

Worst Customer Service ever. I bought over 1k worth of office chairs. 2 of them made this loud clicking noise every time they were set in or moved around in. I called customer service 4 days ago, and have called them every day since, as they will not call me back like they say they are going to. Then today, they told me they were not going to do anything and that I was just out of luck. So I had to go buy 2 new office chairs. In over 20 years of owning my own business, I have never had this kind of treatment from any company. I will never shop at OD again. I would recommend to all, beware of any kind of large order from OD online, as they will just run you around in circles if anything goes wrong.

Not worth it.

The arms are too long, making it so I can't scoot up to my desk close enough. I had to move my keyboardand mouse up at least 6 inches to reach them and the edges of my desk now dig into my elbows/forearms. The microfiber material also makes it look dirty. It is not comfortable. It's also uncomfortable: I only weight 100lbs and immediately all cushion just flattens and is hard. The lumbar support is too high and makes my back stick forward so I can't lean back all the way in the chair. I expected more for a Serta and the Price.

Love!!! Very easy to assemble. It’s very comfortable and the color is perfect! Delivery was pretty quick as well.

Nice chair but arrived with stains

Very comfortable. Not too difficult to put together. My chair did have a few stains on it though. It looked like maybe someone tried to put it together and changed their mind and got parts of it dirty.

Doesn't Recline

The color and style is beautiful. I hate that it doesn’t recline. You can lean back in it, but that’s about all.

Super comfy and soft !

Love the chair, very comfy!

I absolutely love the pink color on this chair, it’s so pretty in person. The fabric is super soft. Shipped really quickly. It feels really comfortable so far. And I have to sit in it for almost 8 hours for work. It was kind of a pain to put together though. The bottom part of the chair was easy to put together but the back part of the chair, was really hard to screw on, one of the screws doesn’t even go in all the way. But I don’t feel like taking apart the whole thing and go through the hassle of returning it. Overall, I love it and it is super heavy duty and good quality, other than the issue with the screw.

[Rewarded Review] Easyt assembly, but not a big & Tall nor high-back

Extremely easy to put together. Fabric is comfortable. and feels very solid. If I had any argument about it, it is that is not a big chair. Nor is it truly a high -back. So if you want a big and tall chair , even if you are shorter (I like to cross my legs in a chair), then this may not be what you want. I will kept if for my clients to sit in.

Supportive and comfortable

This chair feels very supportive in the back and seat area. The height is great. it was easy to assemble and looks nice in my office. The only thing that would make it 5 stars is if it had armrests you can lift up or down to move out of your way when getting in the chair.

I don't think they actually carry this

They sent me the wrong color and then said they'd replace it but never did. Don't bother. Amazon has lots of nice pink office chairs. I got the same chair on Amazon for $4 less, with faster arrival date and I bet it will actually show up.

Comfortable and Affordable

This is the first time that I've bought a Serta chair and I'm really glad that I did. Not only is it one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever owned, but I was able to assemble it in less than thirty minutes. This chair has exceeded all of my expectations!

Great office chair

Very comfortable chair for Working From Home days. Easy to put together, even the arms. Great grey color that matches most decor. Great purchase!

Bad quality

The chair looked great for about a week until metal pieces started to become exposed. There are weird wires that are sharp and sticking out of the back.

Office chair

I thought with lumbar support it would be comfortable it is not. My bottom gets numb from sitting 8 hours i work from home. It doesn't recline at all, and it to me is very uncomfortable. The seat could you more padding and maybe if it relined a little. If you using it for a short time then it would be fine but not for any long periods of time, get a more versatile one that moves. Just wouldn't recommend if you work from home for 8 hous or more.
