Loved by all in my household!

This vacuum is a game changer for all that have used it! We had our initial one for almost a year when it went out, we were told that it was a malfunctioned product. Shark warranty was quick and very helpful with sending us out a brand new one that works even better than our initial one. We are thankful for their help and ability to provide us with the information an new vacuum. This vacuum is lightweight, works great on all surfaces that we have and easy to clean, when needed. I will continue loving my vacuum!

Not Good

I had the Dyson v12 and it went out so I thought I would try this one thinking it would be better. I was wrong and I would highly suggest buying something else. This will not pick up pet hair will not pick up a simple leave. I have since went back to the Dyson. Battery life was not an issue as I used the high setting for 30 mins and it never stopped. Like the aspect of it emptying itself when I’m done when it works. Shark has a lot of room for improvements with this machine.

Shark hand held vacuum

This is a decent product but I ended up returning it. The suction power is moderate at best. I felt the product was not really sturdy. The battery ran out of power quickly.

For me it wasnt that great the batey didn’t last. Maybe it’s good for someone with a small home or apartment. Mine is 4 bedroom EVERYTHING carpet except kitchen.

Absolutely love

This is by far the best vacuum I have owned yet. I had a shark 8 years ago and then bought 2 Dyson and decided to by this vacuum and I’m not disappointed.

The longer I have it, the more I hate it.

I've had this for 5 months and the longer I have it, the more I hate it. In the beginning it seemed pretty great except for the fact that the canister is so tiny. I'm constantly needing to put it back in to self empty. I liked that it self empties but the door of the canister gets stuck half the time and prevents it from emptying. The battery runs down fast but the worst is that it cannot, in any way, handle dog fur. The roller just collects it but won't suction it up. I'm left with balls of fur jamming the roller and I have to take the stick off the roller and vacuum the roller to clean it. This is a horrible product.

Loud screeching noise?

Love the idea of the Shark. Purchased many of them. Purchased this because of their reliability. A HUGE bonus is the self empty. Have a IRobot but for brief cleanings, I thought is would be a great choice. However..... it makes a horrendous screech while using. I've barely used it. I did take everything apart to see if doing so. cleaning where necessary would help however, it did not. Would truly appreciate a solution as I want to keep it. Just cannot use it being the loud screech. Would still recommend based on prior purchases.

Glad I purchased this vacuum for our new home. Picks up debri sufficiently around corners and furniture. Detects when there is more debri and automatically increases power to get the job done. It is fairly quiet overall. The lightweight design and swiveling head makes maneuvering a breeze. The self-emptying bin is definitely a plus decreasing the times you have to empty the actual bin on the handheld portion. But do be aware, the self-emptying bin can be a little noisy. Otherwise, a nicely designed vacuum and a great buy!

Best vacuum I've ever purchased ... and I've owned many over the years. I'm in my late 70's and have back issues that make vacuuming a painful task. This Shark vac is wonderful! No cord to trip over, it's light, quiet, easy to use, works great, and cleans itself (an absolutely amazing feature). And, best of all, I can vacuum my carpet & floors with almost no back pain. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

The vacuum is really good and portable. Only con is that it can get tripped up on smaller items like a baby cookie. Then you have to dissamble to clear.

Quick And Easy

Do much easier & faster to use and put away. I also love my other shark vaccum. What I have noticed..the new shark doesn't hold as much and needs emptied sooner...but then it isn't really wasn't meant to go all over the complete hse. I love it!!! I recomend it.

Excellent vacuum but I'm a bit disappointed in the hand held portion. I used it today and it doesn't seem to have a lot of suction power. It just worked alright.

Don't waste your money.

I bought this vacuum this year in February (2024). I have only ever bought vacuums less than $100, so this was a big and exciting purchase for me. However, I have had nothing but issues with this vacuum. I was hesitant to purchase this in the first place because of how small the container is for debris, but that is not even my biggest issue. I will add it is nice that it has a self emptying feature. This vacuum gets clogged more than my $50 vacuum. I don't have pets, I keep my house fairly clean with two kids and this just never works. The feature it has for edges NEVER works and it hardly suctions anything. it moves around crumbs more than anything. The attachments it comes with have barely any power. I would NOT buy this vacuum again and I wish i never did. NOTE: I have had this vacuum for almost a year and use it regularly. I clean it once a week and take very good care of it because it was expensive and I still have these issues

Low battery life

I like this vacuum, but I don’t love it. I get maybe 20 min battery life when using it.

Shark cordless vaccum

Very pleased eith ease og use. So effective on cat hair had to empty storage. Amazing. Easy to use handheld portion as well
