Comfty and Durable
This matress is so comfy and durable my son enjoys it and we fully recommend this purchase.
Horribly flat
I got to opening mine four months after purchase and it is flat with no cushioning. This is not 8 inches at all. It's killing my back. Too late to return it so I'm stuck with the price. The fabric is rough. Extremely low quality. Beware.
Unhappy customer
Very lumpy not comfortable doesn't make a good couch
I want to return it.
Not firm or thick enough and dislike the way it looks on my futon frame.
Functionality
Excellent product. Great value for the price. Comfortable and as described. The linen-like fabric looks like it will hold up well.
Great . Love the price.
Great, Love it, using it on my futon .
Looks great so far
So far so good. Excellent packaging, appears good quality. Color is complimentary to any house decor. Waiting for 24-48 hours before placing on futon. We’re assuming it will sit upright as there is no seam. Love that it’s reversible @ good zipper for removing cover for future washing.
A sink all the way to the bars on the bottom of the futon. There is no support it’s horrible.
[Rewarded Review] Futon mattress
Very easy set up and it it looks great
Wrong item???
The item sent to us is not a futon mattress. We opened the box and it decompressed to a queen mattress. We can't put it back to the box so we don't know how to return it to Walmart.
8” futon mattress
This item is wonderful. It is comfortable. This one I am using for my bed. Love it.
This was a good deal for the price. It’s very heavy but worth it once it’s set up, it’s much more comfortable than the thinner ones without springs and much cheaper than other thick futon mattresses. It does stand up just fine once you pull it up and kind of fold it.
horrible - you've been warned
Fabric feels like asphalt. It's 8" thick, HOWEVER the springs and padding are of the weakest quality. I'm 5'10, 180 lbs, and I sink right to the bars of the frame. The plastic tuffs aren't even centered lol. Sadly it's no better than the 5 year old 6" futon I'm trying to replace.
Very uncomfortable.
It says in the description that this mattress is firm and it is not. When you lay down you sink into it because the mattress flattens under you a lot. It's eight inches deep but when I sit on it then it smashes to about four and a half inches deep where you are sitting. I do not like it but it will be too hard to pack a mattress up for a return or try to get to a store so I guess I'm keeping it.
Not made to be a couch
A few years ago, we bought a DHP innerspring futon mattress that we loved. We used it primarily as a couch with occasionally using it as a guest bed for visitors. We eventually sold it and bought a traditional couch which we did not like. So we decided to go back to the futon mattress, but they didn’t make the same one we bought before. However, this one was the same brand, same description, same features as our previous mattress. But the quality is absolutely awful. It’s less cushy and comfortable. And when we try to fold it into a couch, you really can’t do it, You have to basically jam this extra fabric down into the crack of the fold, and it creates this giant lumpy wrinkle where your butt sits. Not built to be a couch, and not even comfortable as a bed. I am very disappointed and planning to return.
8-inch pocket coil futon mattress-black
I replaced a 1yr old polyester filled mattress that was flat and uncomfortable. I like the basic firmness of the springs, nice covering. Initially was hard to bend to sitting position (needed help). I find this comfortable, nice for sitting and have had some guests sleep on it with no complaints. Hopefully this will last longer than a year!
Wonderful
Very heavy-solid, one if the best futon mattresses I've had. The inner springs are very bouncy
Needed a New Futon Mattress
I needed a new mattress for my futon bed and found this one at a very reasonable price. It arrived in a tight roll, so we laid it out flat for a few days and it became fuller. I ironed out a few wrinkles on the edges and one on the side of the mattress. All in all, I'm pleased with the mattress. I like the color and it fit perfect on the frame I had.
This was a gift. Person said it was great.
deception
it's small a child size thin mattress not like the picture had to vreturn it
