Flawless to put together...EASY!!! Make sure you double check your progress and NOT have to unscrew what you spent an hour to do! hahahaaa. Had the back rest as the seat and...well??? Had to redo it!!! A bit difficult with one person, so.....careful! hahaaa

Directions were minimalistic but adequate. Quality is decent for the price point. Sturdy enough for two big people.

awful quality and pretty much no warranty

Got this for my teenager and didn't even last a year. After two months the bars snapped off one by one. Do not recommend if you're going to use this regularly.

Good futon

Futon work because they fit anywhere and are functional. It was easy to put together.

Stay away from this futon

Do not buy this, we’ve had it in our play room for less than a year and the bars that support the mattress are broken. We don’t have heavy people sitting on it, just our kids under 125 pounds. It was a complete waste of money.

Rusty out of the box.

As soon as I started putting it together I saw the paint coming off and rust underneath. Packing everything up was too much of a hassle so I put it together anyways. Seems study but for something brand new, there shouldn’t be Rust.

Poor product, think twice before you buy!

This is the first review I'm giving on Overstock that is less than a 4. I ordered this only 2 weeks ago and now multiple spikes on the sitting section of the futon are broken! I specifically searched for a steel futon but this futon is either not steel or it was not welded properly. I am super disappointed and now I will think twice before making another purchase from overstock, never thought I'd say that.

Sturdy

If you are going to buy a futon, this is the one to buy. It is very sturdy and don't have worry about any mangling wires. Its very strong. I definitely recommend this purchase.

The metal support bars bent, the one in front completely fell off. The clips for the back would not stay on. Pretty disappointed. After two weeks its ready to go to the dump.

Poorly made

I’ve had this futon one month and two of the bars are already broken.

GIVE ME MY REPLACEMENT PART

One pole had a huge dent in it. Plan doesn’t matter to i can’t file a claim to get it replaced. Keeps leading me in circles to different websites and even says my frame hasn’t been sent to me yet. it got here 2 days ago. i’m just posting a review so i can get my replacement part. this is so irritating.

Solid metal frame, other wood frame broke

I bought a wood frame, and it broke. It was not easy to use. I had a metal frame years ago, so I bought this frame instead of replacing the wood frame. This is much more solid, the mattress sits up better, and it is easier to fold out. I was concerned it did not look as good as the wood frame, but it looks at least just as good. The fact that the mattress sits up better, adds to the esthetics. I like the solid metal leg in the middle.

Decent frame

Decent, good price so I can't complain that it's not the heaviest frame. The center leg is of little help and folds under but this piece is in an office and gets used very little.

Easy assembly.. bought it for daughters college dorm light weight she loves it..

Frame for Futon

The frame is as shown. The only problem is with the leg in the front. Because the leg is cut fat across the top instead of being rounded to conform to the framing the screws are too short. I had to purchase longer ones to be able to attach the leg.

Good deal

Easy to put together. A little difficult to change from sofa to bed at times. Good for the price.
