I thought this product would be more non-stick. And when I make egg bites with this product, they taste like the soap it was cleaned with. I expected it to perform differently.
Great product!
New learning curve for this elderly baker but I'm loving the silpat muffin molds! Yes, I would recommend to anyone serious about baking. Things turn out better!

Some quality issues
I own a few of these - mini load and mini muffin as well. However, this one for some reason has bubbles on the underside of it. It seems flimsier than the ones I purchased 4-5 years ago. I wasn’t confident in the quality therefore I returned. If you get one without defects, they’re great for making egg bites and for all your gooey baking needs.

My favorite muffin mold!
The Silat muffin pan is wonderful. Without muffin paper cups it cooks muffins better than my metal pan with paper cups. Muffins that don't have paper cups to peel off is nice also. Of course clean up is a breeze . The storage container you provide is well designed and convenient . Very appreciated!
