Get this, you won't be disappointed!

These seem to work much better than knock offs, as I tried both on same cookie batch. The Silpat did a better edge than the knockoff.

I am unsure of the durability, heat resistance, surface quality, ease of cleaning or size compatibility. I would love the opportunity to review this product in my commercial and home kitchen.

A baking must have

This is so great for baking. Truly is as non-stick as can be and it makes clean up so easy. Totally worth it.

Zero Waste Substitute

I got this as a zero waste substitute for parchment paper. It doesn't have food stick to it, and it is easy to clean.

A baking must!!

Awesome silicone mat to use for rolling out piecrusts and biscuits or baking cookies in the oven. I would suggest you buy two of them. One for using in the oven and one to use on your counter top for rolling out your cookies and crusts. The one you use in the oven will eventually turn a darker color. These are great products!
