DO NOT buy from Silpat on-line! Their customer service is horrible. The product is too large for my needs. Since July 19, I have called Silpat US 4 times, emailed Silpat US, asking for help in initiating a return, and no response. Their website clearly states that I should have received a response within 72 hours. And here it is, 300+ hours later and NO RESPONSE. And NOW the survey! DO NOT buy online from Silpat US. Have not used due to the order missing and having damaged products.
I need to bake in small batches because not everyone in my house is a Celiac. Your products make this so easy and I can decorate the baked goods without having to worry about wasting a large batch. Easy to freeze this way.
