T-Fal 3qt double boiler
Bought it for my wife, her and her mom make Christmas cookies and candies by the truckload every year. She had a small, cheap generic one for many years and it just couldn't keep up, always waiting for the chocolate to melt. I bought her this to speed up the process (and hopefully it helps me get a few extra chocolate covered cherries lol). In the past, T-Fal has been an excellent name in affordable quality cookware. This seems to be no exception, although it does feel like the pan is thinner than I expected. Time will tell, but for now, she loves it.
