Doesn't juice produce well- leaves pulp too moist

Excellent purchase so far

This juicer does exactly as described. I'm very satisfied. Still trying to figure out all the bits and pieces but very easy to use and clean up so far. I've used it for juices, nut milk and smoothies. It's a cold-press so slow, but very efficient, not much pulp left behind. As for the supplier, everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery. It was my first purchase with them, might not be my last.

Best juicer on the market!

Had mine for years and still works and looks like new! Always makes me feel good to use it because I know I am doing something healthy for myself.

Works better than my old one

I've been using one for years and it was getting worn out, so I saw this one and made a bid and got it. It was a big improvement over the old one. I'm using it every day to make my green juice. It was a great buy from a great seller.

great juicer, parts expensive

I've used this juicer for 8 years and over the course of those years I've had to replace the screen 3 times and the auger twice. It gets to the point where you might as well buy a new juicer cause the price of the parts are far more than a new juicer. I hate that kind of waste.

Piece of crap!

The parts kept getting stuck. The juicing screen kept flipping around and I couldn't open it. Customer service expected me to break the drum with a hammer to save the juicing screen. Are you kidding me? Then, screen broke after two months or so. Now the drum broke a couple of months later. Omega expects me to pay $20 for shipping each time a part breaks.

Extracts juice well

I’ve been using the juicer for about 3 weeks now. I juice twice daily. It is so much easier to clean than the centrifugal juicer I tried a few years ago. I’m juicing mostly carrots and have juiced kale, apple and beets as well. The pulp comes out completely dry. So far I’m very pleased with it. The prep, juicing and cleanup takes about 15 minutes each time.

After being diagnosed with lupus, my entire diet and eating habits had to change. Juicing with my Omega juicer is so easy and fun, wish I had started years ago.

Comes highly recommended/don’t be fooled

I bought this juicer approximately two years ago. It juices fine when it’s not broken. As of this date I have had four parts break rendering the juices useless until replace. The parts are under warranty but there is a shipping charge each time of approximately $10.00. So thus far I have spent $30.00 and am in the process of having another part replaces whic will cost me another $10.00 . I only make carrot juice three times a week to help me cure my cancer. Without the juicer I have to purchase juice at a freshly produced juicer store which costs me approximately $7.00 four times a week ($28.00). Having done this now three times and now a fourth time I am looking at about $100.00 being spent. It takes about a week to ten days to get the replacement part! Is this what I paid over $350.00 for in buying my juicer??? On top of that the company is impossible to get in touch with as they have another company handling replacement broken parts.

No replacement parts

While the machine itself is awesome, the lack of replacement parts (drum) means you will have to buy a entire new machine each time the drum clips snap (and they do). The part is only cost $24 but the company will not make them available.

Good Juicer

I purchased this J8006 model to replace an older model 8004 that I've had since 2014 which still works. I found in this model J8006 was good. When juicing and extracting veggies & fruits it did a good job but when cleaning the machine there was a substantial amount of fruits and veggies on the auger. I feel that the veggies left on the auger was a large amount of waste that could have been juiced but was in the auger space. I may not be used to the twist dial that this J8006 has which helps the extraction. My older model does not have that on the end cap. I really do love my 8004 model and in the future I will purchase another juicer from Omega, that can juice the softer fruits like Pineapple & celery a little better, which I drink most. BTW, customer service is amazing with Omega, its a great quality machine, the J8006 was just not for me.

Very easy to use and quieter than most of my friends. Would defiantly recommend it.

Great Product, Great People

I have been juicing celery every day (almost) for about a year. Each day the parts are washed in the dishwasher. The unit is spectacular. The customer service is excellent also. I needed parts for my juicer and the customer service rep was very responsive.

Worst juicer imaginable

Bought omega juicer to replace cheap Amazon purchased juicer and was completely disappointed, there is more pulp left in the chamber than is expelled out of the end. The pulp backs up into the feed shoot, it’s a sloppy mess and the best you get is juice mush. What a joke. Sending it back
