Great appliance

We love this drawer fridge. It keeps our drinks ice cold. I store all if my condiments in it. It's such a handy appliance.

Great product; yet shows fingerprints every time someone touches it! Absolutely terrible fingerprint protection.

Good but . . .

I've had this fridge for 3.5. years with no major problems. Yes, there's ice build up in the lower drawer but it's not a deal breaker. I've used higher end ones that froze cans of beer to the point of them exploding.

Beautiful but do not buy - major design flaws

Installed for a few weeks and already had it serviced due to ice buildup and frozen drinks. Technician said it is a design flaw as there is no fan and thermostat is in the bottom drawer and this will be a continuous problem. If drinks are stored in the top section they will freeze, our temp is set to 42 f, and if drinks in the bottom do not have at least an inch between them they will freeze. Terrible design. Very sad about this. Do not buy.

Excellent addition to kitchen remodel

Initially I was hesitant to spend a lot of money on this appliance, but my purchase was money well spent. I love the quality and robust build of this product and have had zero issues. We enjoy the additional refrigeration space and the styling adds to the vibe of our new kitchen remodel. Customers should feel comfortable purchasing this product.

Nice addition to your kitchen

I wasn’t a fan when we first moved into our house and saw the under the counter refrigerators, but after seeing the limited space in our Cafe refrigerator, I came to like them. They work well, the layout is pretty good and the temp is consistent. I would probably install in a new house but would not choose Cafe judging by the experience with our range, ovens and dishwasher.

Not reliable

I loved this fridge so much but at 1 year old, its failing. It beeps randomly and the backlight on the display no longer works. Service call under warranty is over 100 dollars. For over 3k, I expect better Cafe!

Terrible Fridge

Died after 2 years, did not do well holding cold air, the plastic bin doors never stayed in place

Was awsome...til it wasn't.

I really liked these Cafe refrigerator drawers, until the compressor went out at year 4, and repair costs are exceeding $1000. Also, think twice about getting a non-standard unit like this. My experience is that repair people aren't familiar enough to work on it; I've had 9 visits so far with my extended warranty company (Assurant) and still don't have a working fridge.

Like seeing the temp displayed!

Loving it so far! Easy convenience and nice to have rinks in the Cafe instead of the full size fridge!

Keeps Beeping

The product is 2.5 years old. I have had a repair person out 2 time to fix a beeping noise. Every time they charge me a service charge to fix the same issue.

Noisy

I'm disappointed in how noisy this Cafe drawer fridge is. It makes popping sounds at least 5 times a day. I had a tech came out and he said the normal. Now it's make an annoying humming sound. This fridge cost more than our large kitchen fridge which doesn't make no where near the noise the Cafe drawer fridge does. I should have saved my many and got a cheap beverage fridge.

Junk

Started beeping like door was open but wasn’t. Gaskets are good. Finally just turned off and control panel screen went dead. Just over 3 years old.

Great features, well designed and made.

Everything works, the drawer action is smooth and self closing. Nicely illuminated inside.

first under counter fridge

This is our first under counter fridge and its reall great . The grandchildren can help themselves to soft drinks and This is part of a coffee bar

Perfect for Small Kitchens

We purchased the Cafe as our primary fridge for our small kitchen. I didn’t want a large appliance in such a small space and this was a good option. The downsides are the expense of the fridge, it costs much more than a standard size fridge. Another issue is the plastic container that comes with the fridge, the lids are not attached and they slide awkwardly/or fall off. The metal spacers in the upper drawer are useless and not needed, but they are fixed and cannot be removed. At times the fridge can be quite loud with an odd humming noise. Finally, the fridge temp has to be kept to about 40 to ensure that food at the back doesn’t freeze.

I have the black with gold hardware. It’s pretty. That’s all. I’ve lived in my newly remodeled home for 2 years now and this was put in brand new in my newly remodeled kitchen when we got here. The top drawer was never soft close. It doesn’t close itself so you have to always remember to close it properly.

Good Product .... Lousy Service!

Product is Good. Functions well. Cooling is good and controls are good. One item to consider for product is to tighten fit of drawer slides. They have a very loose feeling.

Cafe White Refrigerator Drawers

This is the cafe appliance I was most excited about and it did not disappoint. Love it! It looks beautiful in my all white kitchen with the brushed bronze handles. I store fruit, cheese and olives in the top drawer and drinks in the bottom drawer. It is closest to my patio and easy to access for entertaining. Would definitely buy it again and again!
