This is what relationship selling is all about!
I purchased 8 of these step lights for an outside dock 3 years ago. They are LED and you cannot replace any bulbs. One went out and so i checked on line to see if there was a warranty. as usual, the warranty had expired according to the manufacturer's web site. So, I purchased another mentioning the situation on Lumen's feedback page. They contacted me and informed me that the warranty was 10 years and they would send me another light for free. That is what I call great customer service. This in now a relationship.

These lights fit perfectly into newly tiled walls around pool deck. They blend perfectly and give off a radiant light at night. Excellent fit to our remodel.
